Bait and switch I had white iPhone 5C in excellent condition. They promised one amount and then came down to a lesser amount, saying my phone had a pinkish cast on the screen (meaning LCD problems)...they emailed me photos to show me. Only thing is...the photos they sent were of a yellow iPhone 5C and not my white one. They tried to say it was just bad photography but no way....that was a photo of a yellow phone and mine was definitely white. I agreed to the lesser amount but probably will not used them again, as I do feel like they did a switch on me.

Super easy transaction- will use TechTwice again A few of our employees just got upgraded phones, so we needed to sell their old ones. I was told I should check out TechTwice, so I asked them for a quote. Their prices were better than the bigger companies I checked, and their process seemed easier too. I sent in the phones and received our money shortly afterward. I'll definitely use them again when we upgrade our employee's phones.

Good overall Trade in was easy, straight forward and quick. Buying was a great experience, gave me lots of options. The only complaint I have was the glass screen protector I purchased, was put on crooked. I didn't notice it until a couple of days later.

Great personalized service and top notch phone! I saw an ad for a Galaxy S4 Mini which I was looking for. Contacted the seller (Hannah @ TechTwice) and she immediately sent me several high resolution photos. Great photos. Only problem was, I couldn't visit their store because of conflicts with my own job. So Hannah took the phone off Craigslist and offered several other options to purchase the phone, including shipping it to me, which we ultimately did. The phone has a 14 day return policy so no worries there. The phone arrived exactly as promised, looking practically new. Plus it worked with Verizon immediately. Honestly, the most pleasant phone transaction ever. Great job Hannah! :)

Great experience. Didn't really have specific model in mind as I was just looking to upgrade a phone for my second line. TechTwice showed me phones and prices that were available. The one I ended up choosing was graded acceptable but to me it's more like in very good condition for a used phone. Because it's graded in acceptable condition, the price was also fantastic. Will recommend TechTwice to my family and friends who are looking for the next best thing with affordable price.
