Honored their quote and got it done fast! TechTwice was very good to work with. As soon as I received my quote online for my iPhone 5s (which was significantly better than the other sites were offering), I received correspondence from one of their representatives instructing me on how to ship my phone to them. I shipped it expeditiously, and received an additional $5 for my timeliness. As soon as they received my phone, they put the money into my PayPal account. The entire process took less than a week. If I need to sell another device, I will check with them first.

Great Service I needed a phone for my daughter between upgrades. I was in and out of Tech Twice in less than half an hour, completely comfortable with how to activate the replacement phone with my Verizon account, and extremely pleased with the value and quality of the used device. And they were open til 7 so I could run over after work....great experience!
