Honest review I've been familiar with this company for a few years now, starting when they only had the Bond Touch (Basic) bracelet, and their product is truly exceptional. I absolutely love it and have come to admire the outstanding customer support this brand offers. The team is consistently friendly and ready to help whenever needed. In my opinion, they deserve more than 5 stars for their outstanding product and top-notch service.

Purchased the Bond Touch Heart… Purchased the Bond Touch Heart necklace. My first device wouldn’t pair. The customer service was nice, got me a replacement. The second device turned on (after some strong pressing), but the heart beat wouldn’t not start, despite trying different amounts of pressure to get it beat. Now with sore fingers, I’m done and asking for a refund. Like the concept, but the product clearly needs work for mass consumption.

LOVE these bands My fiancé and I LOVE these bands! We bought a different brand first bc it looked nicer and was more expensive but it was complete crap and didn’t work. Then we bought these and were nervous. The set up is super easy and they worked without flaw right away. It’s been a whole week and no issues or complaints. I highly recommend these bands. And they came fast after ordering too

Terrible Customer Service The item itself was fine, but this was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you want to talk to a real person, good luck. Pretty sure this entire company is ran by AI bots. All I wanted to do was change the email on my order, and after a week plus of talking to bots trying to reach a person, I gave up. Pretty ridiculous that they can't handle something as simple as changing the email on an order.
