LOVE these bands My fiancé and I LOVE these bands! We bought a different brand first bc it looked nicer and was more expensive but it was complete crap and didn’t work. Then we bought these and were nervous. The set up is super easy and they worked without flaw right away. It’s been a whole week and no issues or complaints. I highly recommend these bands. And they came fast after ordering too

Great product Had a little bit of trouble getting it set up because I couldn’t get the heart to play the first heart beat recorded. But after getting the person to record their heart beat a second time, I could get both of the recordings to work after that. But that easily could have been an operator error. Overall, it’s a great product and definitely worth getting!

A Touching Gift My mother gifted my husband and I bond touch bands at our wedding knowing we would spend more time physically apart than most couples due to the nature of work. It was truly one of the best parts of that wonderful day. Five years later we are still keeping in touch through a communication system that is as unique as our love. When time nor distance allows us to be together, we take comfort in knowing we are just a "touch" away!

Terrible Customer Service The item itself was fine, but this was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you want to talk to a real person, good luck. Pretty sure this entire company is ran by AI bots. All I wanted to do was change the email on my order, and after a week plus of talking to bots trying to reach a person, I gave up. Pretty ridiculous that they can't handle something as simple as changing the email on an order.
