LOVE these bands My fiancé and I LOVE these bands! We bought a different brand first bc it looked nicer and was more expensive but it was complete crap and didn’t work. Then we bought these and were nervous. The set up is super easy and they worked without flaw right away. It’s been a whole week and no issues or complaints. I highly recommend these bands. And they came fast after ordering too

Ordered 2 Ordered 2, for my girlfriend and me. Hers came in shrinkwrap and is working fine but mine came without shrinkwrap and the box looks used and on top of that it’s not working. It won’t charge nor anything. That’s pretty upsetting for the high price. Edit: After reaching out to the customer service I today received a replacement and it works. Finally able to use it :) Customer service was not that bad as in a lot of reviews said. I’m happy now

Great product Had a little bit of trouble getting it set up because I couldn’t get the heart to play the first heart beat recorded. But after getting the person to record their heart beat a second time, I could get both of the recordings to work after that. But that easily could have been an operator error. Overall, it’s a great product and definitely worth getting!

It does it's thing... but... It does it's thing. Though it is only active if you have the app ON, an internet connection and your phone close in your pocket at all times. You will not be able to connect your phone to anything else via bluetooth. Would not recommend if you are into tech and uses bluetooth for other things in daily life as well. The waterproof feature feels unessecary as we do not bring our phones with us to humid places such as when having a shower or while swimming. Thereof, another reason for where it disconnects if the phone is not nearby again. We like the concept however and the size is small and good.
