About Bond Touch

At Bond Touch we envision that everybody will know what a healthy relationship is and how to be in one. A Touching Gift My mother gifted my husband and I bond touch bands at our wedding knowing we would spend more time physically apart than most couples due to the nature of work. It was truly one of the best parts of that wonderful day. Five years later we are still keeping in touch through a communication system that is as unique as our love. When time nor distance allows us to be together, we take comfort in knowing we are just a "touch" away!

I had received the bracelets within a week after purchase. I had received the bracelets within a week after ordering and I shipped one set to my boyfriend overseas as a Christmas present. We just paired it today and it's wonderful, however It feels like the distance really does matter because sometimes we don't receive our touches and/or it's delayed. We're about 10,000 kilometres apart from each other.

Don’t waste your time Don’t waste your time, the product is good and works well, but the company is a waste of space. I am still out of pocket for their mistake and trying to communicate with them took weeks. But they have been back up since Black Friday and still using that excuse. Ordered on the 24th of November, missing the bracelet in order, took till the 15th of December to get a refund and I still am out of pocket for paying extra to deliver the missing bracelet after waiting over a week for a response. Why do I have to pay extra when it's the company's error? I hope this product gets bought by a company that doesn't scam their customers. You expect a level of competence when paying over £100 for a product but this company is like dealing with monkeys.

Honest review I've been familiar with this company for a few years now, starting when they only had the Bond Touch (Basic) bracelet, and their product is truly exceptional. I absolutely love it and have come to admire the outstanding customer support this brand offers. The team is consistently friendly and ready to help whenever needed. In my opinion, they deserve more than 5 stars for their outstanding product and top-notch service.

Does Anyone Work Here? I wanted to love my bond heart necklace. I kind of do, but my family is not receiving my heart beat requests. I have emailed customer service 3 separate times with no response to any of them. Terrible customer service in my opinion. If they are backed up they could at least have an automatic response email stating this.
