AUI had received the bracelets within a week after purchase. I had received the bracelets within a week after ordering and I shipped one set to my boyfriend overseas as a Christmas present. We just paired it today and it's wonderful, however It feels like the distance really does matter because sometimes we don't receive our touches and/or it's delayed. We're about 10,000 kilometres apart from each other.

DEPurchased the Bond Touch Heart… Purchased the Bond Touch Heart necklace. My first device wouldn’t pair. The customer service was nice, got me a replacement. The second device turned on (after some strong pressing), but the heart beat wouldn’t not start, despite trying different amounts of pressure to get it beat. Now with sore fingers, I’m done and asking for a refund. Like the concept, but the product clearly needs work for mass consumption.

SEIt does it's thing... but... It does it's thing. Though it is only active if you have the app ON, an internet connection and your phone close in your pocket at all times. You will not be able to connect your phone to anything else via bluetooth. Would not recommend if you are into tech and uses bluetooth for other things in daily life as well. The waterproof feature feels unessecary as we do not bring our phones with us to humid places such as when having a shower or while swimming. Thereof, another reason for where it disconnects if the phone is not nearby again. We like the concept however and the size is small and good.

BEHonest review I've been familiar with this company for a few years now, starting when they only had the Bond Touch (Basic) bracelet, and their product is truly exceptional. I absolutely love it and have come to admire the outstanding customer support this brand offers. The team is consistently friendly and ready to help whenever needed. In my opinion, they deserve more than 5 stars for their outstanding product and top-notch service.

CATerrible Customer Service The item itself was fine, but this was by far the worst customer service I have ever experienced. If you want to talk to a real person, good luck. Pretty sure this entire company is ran by AI bots. All I wanted to do was change the email on my order, and after a week plus of talking to bots trying to reach a person, I gave up. Pretty ridiculous that they can't handle something as simple as changing the email on an order.
