The company responds well The company responds well, what makes the bond touch great is if you're at work and you can't text/call each other. We're not in a long-distance relationship, but we're constantly texting each other back n forth. And now we don't have to worry about getting any say about how often we would be on our phones. I would recommend these bracelets to anyone who have true/real/deep connection. It's also just fun to play with at times.

Purchased the Bond Touch Heart… Purchased the Bond Touch Heart necklace. My first device wouldn’t pair. The customer service was nice, got me a replacement. The second device turned on (after some strong pressing), but the heart beat wouldn’t not start, despite trying different amounts of pressure to get it beat. Now with sore fingers, I’m done and asking for a refund. Like the concept, but the product clearly needs work for mass consumption.

I just received my Bond heart I just received my Bond heart. It's charged and I recorded my heartbeat to see if it really worked. Incredible. I plan on recording my mother and children so I can always hear their heartbeat whenever I miss them. Thank you for an awesome piece of jewelry.

Don’t waste your time Don’t waste your time, the product is good and works well, but the company is a waste of space. I am still out of pocket for their mistake and trying to communicate with them took weeks. But they have been back up since Black Friday and still using that excuse. Ordered on the 24th of November, missing the bracelet in order, took till the 15th of December to get a refund and I still am out of pocket for paying extra to deliver the missing bracelet after waiting over a week for a response. Why do I have to pay extra when it's the company's error? I hope this product gets bought by a company that doesn't scam their customers. You expect a level of competence when paying over £100 for a product but this company is like dealing with monkeys.

Great product Had a little bit of trouble getting it set up because I couldn’t get the heart to play the first heart beat recorded. But after getting the person to record their heart beat a second time, I could get both of the recordings to work after that. But that easily could have been an operator error. Overall, it’s a great product and definitely worth getting!
