Made another order and see the charge 630.90 for the product but no order number. Not getting anyone on phone when calling customer service no answers from anyone

Do not buy from this company Do not buy from this company. They offer a lifetime warranty on their Dabbix batteries which ALWAYS break and getting help when it comes to returning them is next to impossible. I am looking at 6 I have in front of me, none of which work and I have contacted the company twice - no response. I have returned batteries several times and have not even received my replacement. The first and second time, you get attention - after that - forget about it. Horrible.
