Trio works great Trio works great, the cover on the concrete pod is pretty thin and weak so it cracked on the first day and will occasionally come off but it's really not a big deal. I'm using it with some sugar concentrate and it burns good.

If I’m being honest... If I’m being honest, I’m surprised at how much I like the product. It was pretty inexpensive so I tried to keep my expectations reasonable, but no need. Quality and price get an A+ from me. Will def be shopping here again.

Cool little device Cool little device. I ran into a couple things that bothered me. Didnt feel like it hit at a 4.2v and the magnet ripped the atomizer out of several of my 510 cartridges and then trying to remove an atomizer the magnet ripped off... so now it doesn't work. Cool device though, ran well.

Order got lost in shipping, but excellent customer service fixed the issue. Original: Unfortunately after a few weeks my pen never came and USPS stopped tracking my order 2 weeks ago. Edit: However, not long after my original review, customer service promptly contacted me and were able to ship me a new pen. They were extremely helpful in getting this situation resolved so I highly recommend using them, seeing how helpful they were. I'm assuming this was a one-time shipping glitch, since the other 3 pens I ordered had no issue. I will continue to order from them in the future.
