Trio works great Trio works great, the cover on the concrete pod is pretty thin and weak so it cracked on the first day and will occasionally come off but it's really not a big deal. I'm using it with some sugar concentrate and it burns good.

I'm giving this a hard review due to… I'm giving this a hard review due to the toggle button getting stuck sometimes. It's a good product but fixing this issue would make it great even with the year warranty already included.

I paid extra for expedited shipping, and when they sent the wrong item, they promptly sent out the correct item the same day! They also expedited the shipping on the replacement as well!
