Do not buy from this company Do not buy from this company. They offer a lifetime warranty on their Dabbix batteries which ALWAYS break and getting help when it comes to returning them is next to impossible. I am looking at 6 I have in front of me, none of which work and I have contacted the company twice - no response. I have returned batteries several times and have not even received my replacement. The first and second time, you get attention - after that - forget about it. Horrible.

Order got lost in shipping, but excellent customer service fixed the issue. Original: Unfortunately after a few weeks my pen never came and USPS stopped tracking my order 2 weeks ago. Edit: However, not long after my original review, customer service promptly contacted me and were able to ship me a new pen. They were extremely helpful in getting this situation resolved so I highly recommend using them, seeing how helpful they were. I'm assuming this was a one-time shipping glitch, since the other 3 pens I ordered had no issue. I will continue to order from them in the future.

Overpriced piece of electronics The unit was advertised as (paraphrasing) "it will not dry out your flower" which it does. It is probably fine for turning your kief into a more potent substance but it might be too dry to do anything with it. It also advertised it concentrated (again paraphrasing) the effects. Also not to any degree worth noting if you're smoking flower because the temperature range of the 'glow' does virtually the same amount of decarboxylation. Over priced piece of electronics.
