GBErwin was efficient and effective. Erwin was efficient and effective. He walked me right through the process and found my error. Took 2 minutes, literally, to correct what I had spent 4 hours on myself, the day before. Maybe rewrite the manual where the Reolink has to scan the phone QR code. I kept doing just the reverse. The manual is frustrating.

GBRemote access, using ethernet, using client app on MAC m1 airbook It all worked. Installing app on macbook air m1, went very smooth. Linking up with cameras over LAN ethernet was flawless. Accessing cameras remotely over wifi internet connection worked very well. My use model was to stricly use ethernet connection on cameras (no wifi). Worked very well. Would highly recommend this product

GBI was able to talk to a real person I was able to talk to a real person, the very knowable with the product. he knew how to talk to me to get the right information to fix the problem. it very comfortable knowing that I was in good hands. the system is now working as designed. GBI've had 3 Reolink Go-PT cameras in use… I've had 3 Reolink Go-PT cameras in use for the last 2 years now. For approx. 18 months they were working just fine; I downloaded their newest update 6-8 months ago and now nothing but problems. Cannot connect, if they do connect, they will stay on a few seconds and stop, playback doesn't work most of the time. I moved a camera to a different location thinking this may be the problem, I moved it next to another camera and it still won't work. One camera will connect and the one next to it won't. They say it has a low signal, but it shows 4 bars of signal strength. You must contact customer service by e-mail and wait for a reply. Very expensive cameras and horrible customer service.

ESI bought 3 cameras for outdoor use and… I bought 3 cameras for outdoor use and every 6 months humidity and water gets inside, I write to the technical service and they say they are sorry and send another one and 6 months later it happens again and they apologise that the guarantee is over and that I can buy another one to see if I have better luck. They are aware of what is happening and continue to sell products that are faulty. Company message: We're afraid a replacement is no longer available in such a situation. Hope for your kind understanding. We found that Argus 3 Pro is on promotion now. You may purchase a new one directly, and here is the purchase ://www.amazon
