NLImpressive support for impressive products I have not yet met a company who responds so quickly and accurate ! I am VERY impressed with Reolink products and Reolink support. They keep on developing their products and creating new solutions and when you have a question they are incredibly fast and accurate with their responses. They have solved several questions for me on no time. Especially BIG THANKS to Karina. The 5-***** helpdesk agent.

GBExemplary Support I have found Reolink support to be easy to contact and swift very helpful. I had a problem with my camera after 2 months and Reolink responded to my request for help within a few hours and followed up as I was trouble shooting. I submitted a warranty request and they quickly concluded the fault was with the camera and sent me a replacement within a few days. Exemplary service. I have no hesitation in recommending their cameras and after sales service.

GBI've had 3 Reolink Go-PT cameras in use… I've had 3 Reolink Go-PT cameras in use for the last 2 years now. For approx. 18 months they were working just fine; I downloaded their newest update 6-8 months ago and now nothing but problems. Cannot connect, if they do connect, they will stay on a few seconds and stop, playback doesn't work most of the time. I moved a camera to a different location thinking this may be the problem, I moved it next to another camera and it still won't work. One camera will connect and the one next to it won't. They say it has a low signal, but it shows 4 bars of signal strength. You must contact customer service by e-mail and wait for a reply. Very expensive cameras and horrible customer service.

GBThe camera came with a defective mount The camera came with a defective mount. The ball and socket should tighten down but they do not and the camera hangs down and is unusable on the mount. I requested a replacement mount but the customer service reps said I had to replace the entire camera. This is difficult since I paid to have someone mount the camera and I cannot pay twice to have a replacement (that may or may not work) installed again. Reolink has issued a refund, so their customer service has come through. We communicated via email. However, they do not ever answer the customer service phone number and I have never gotten a live person on their chat app.

GBYour representative is No. One, the BEST! Your representative Bella is First-Notch, No. One, the best, period! I had some problem when I started using a new network. So I sent an email for help. Bella responded immediately. She gave me detailed instruction, which quickly resolved my problem. I have another two surveillance cameras from other company. In comparison, Reolink is clearly the best. Belle's excellent service and skill level make me believe that Reolink is the leader of the industry of surveillance camera! i am sure that Reolink feels very proud to have outstanding employees like Bella!
