GBErwin was efficient and effective. Erwin was efficient and effective. He walked me right through the process and found my error. Took 2 minutes, literally, to correct what I had spent 4 hours on myself, the day before. Maybe rewrite the manual where the Reolink has to scan the phone QR code. I kept doing just the reverse. The manual is frustrating.

AUReolink you stink! This company Reolink should be put on notice. My review is at Reolink Australia. I have returned 3 cameras within 12 months of installation only to be told that they arent covered by the warranty and I will have to replace. The cameras were installed as per instructions and have failed however Reolink has provided zero support to address the failure, other than I should pay to replace. Reolink you Stink! Thank you for your swift reply. My purchases are in warranty and instalIation was as per instructions, yet a satisfactory solution from Reolink was for myself to purchase and replace. Reolink have wasted my time and money dealing with this. You have my details and email, should Reolink like to resolve. 1 out of 5.

They keep on developing their products and creating new solutions and when you have a question they are incredibly fast and accurate with their responses. FRTotally satisfied with my KEEN Camera Totally satisfied with my KEEN Camera. Working well with a 5Go plan. Some time needed at first to set properly PIR sensor but now ok. I had some trouble with delivery company and also billing but REOLINK Support Team was really reactive and efficient, best after-sale services I had to deal with.
