I am extremely satisfied with the support I received from Victoria. The only issue I have is that you should update the NVR to link with the Google Home devices as well. This is something you should consider in the future firmware updates. Why I say this: Now I have to configure my Reolink cameras directly on my network switch, which was never the plan. The following are two drawback I have with my new Reolink cameras setup not being connected to the NVR: 1. If my network or internet is down, my NVR will not be able to connect to the Reolink cameras to keep recording. 2. My network is now running slower, due to the fact that the NVR and Reolink cameras must connect via the network or internet to keep recording. The above would not have been an issue if the Reolink NVR and Reolink cameras were directly connected together. Best Regards, Henry Williams

FRTotally satisfied with my KEEN Camera Totally satisfied with my KEEN Camera. Working well with a 5Go plan. Some time needed at first to set properly PIR sensor but now ok. I had some trouble with delivery company and also billing but REOLINK Support Team was really reactive and efficient, best after-sale services I had to deal with.

GBBrought Reolink Poe camera RLC-510A on … Brought Reolink Poe camera RLC-510A on 26/11/2023 There's is a small alien screw at the rear of the camera that was loose which is not supplied by Reolink contacted then via e mail asked if should be sent with the camera pack was told to no, so asked what size Allen key was required and could not give me the answer technical department rubbish

IEArgos PT Lite. Bought 3 PT Lite cameras. Found the help desk very helpful, easy to install but read how to place them, I didn't and had to move 2 of them. Great product and great back up.
