AWExcellent support / Product needs some updates Good morning Reolink Team, Victoria gave me a very good, high quality and professional support. I am extremely satisfied with the support I received from Victoria. The only issue I have is that you should update the NVR to link with the Google Home devices as well. This is something you should consider in the future firmware updates. Why I say this: Now I have to configure my Reolink cameras directly on my network switch, which was never the plan. The following are two drawback I have with my new Reolink cameras setup not being connected to the NVR: 1. If my network or internet is down, my NVR will not be able to connect to the Reolink cameras to keep recording. 2. My network is now running slower, due to the fact that the NVR and Reolink cameras must connect via the network or internet to keep recording. The above would not have been an issue if the Reolink NVR and Reolink cameras were directly connected together. Best Regards, Henry Williams

NLImpressive support for impressive products I have not yet met a company who responds so quickly and accurate ! I am VERY impressed with Reolink products and Reolink support. They keep on developing their products and creating new solutions and when you have a question they are incredibly fast and accurate with their responses. They have solved several questions for me on no time. Especially BIG THANKS to Karina. The 5-***** helpdesk agent.

USThe camera came with a defective mount The camera came with a defective mount. The ball and socket should tighten down but they do not and the camera hangs down and is unusable on the mount. I requested a replacement mount but the customer service reps said I had to replace the entire camera. This is difficult since I paid to have someone mount the camera and I cannot pay twice to have a replacement (that may or may not work) installed again. Reolink has issued a refund, so their customer service has come through. We communicated via email. However, they do not ever answer the customer service phone number and I have never gotten a live person on their chat app.

USReolink Just a Awesome Company with Awesome Products I have been working with Home security cameras since 2005. Now there are a huge selection available. However in my opinion, there are just a handful of companies that hit all the high marks. Reolink is defiantly one of the TOP companies. Their equipment is extremely well designed. Their support team provides excellent support from their website, email and phone. Recently they released their RLK12-800WB4 system as I prefer WiFi cameras. This system is awesome. I wish I could have been one of their testers prior to release. YES they actually offered up systems to users for feedback prior to offering as a new item. I am looking forward to a long term relationship wit Reolink and to the products they are building for the future.

FRTotally satisfied with my KEEN Camera Totally satisfied with my KEEN Camera. Working well with a 5Go plan. Some time needed at first to set properly PIR sensor but now ok. I had some trouble with delivery company and also billing but REOLINK Support Team was really reactive and efficient, best after-sale services I had to deal with.
