GBExemplary Support I have found Reolink support to be easy to contact and swift very helpful. I had a problem with my camera after 2 months and Reolink responded to my request for help within a few hours and followed up as I was trouble shooting. I submitted a warranty request and they quickly concluded the fault was with the camera and sent me a replacement within a few days. Exemplary service. I have no hesitation in recommending their cameras and after sales service.

GBThe detection rate is dull The detection rate sucks. Camera picks up after subject walks or moves away from camera does not collectively record when subjects in camera detection rate is about 5 feet. Must be within frame longer than 6 seconds..to catch a subject. Camera will record when the trees reflection off the windows. But not when someone walks right up to the door. Rings the door bell. And there is Noone stand at the door because the camera didn't click on. The viewing and night vision reaches dwell up to 80 feet.

GBExcellent after sales service I purchased 2 outdoor cameras in 2021 from Reolink, they worked brilliantly, the app is free and reliable so saved my pennies and added 2 more. I recently had one which became faulty and subsequently stopped working. I messaged and received an immediate response from Aries who suggested many things to try but all failed. The camera was slightly over the guarantee but Tracy agreed a goodwill replacement, it arrived quickly and set up instantly. Super pleased with this level of service, its somewhat rare these days. A definate 5* company with excellent customer service staff

ESI bought 3 cameras for outdoor use and… I bought 3 cameras for outdoor use and every 6 months humidity and water gets inside, I write to the technical service and they say they are sorry and send another one and 6 months later it happens again and they apologise that the guarantee is over and that I can buy another one to see if I have better luck. They are aware of what is happening and continue to sell products that are faulty. Company message: We're afraid a replacement is no longer available in such a situation.
