Excellent after sales service I purchased 2 outdoor cameras in 2021 from Reolink, they worked brilliantly, the app is free and reliable so saved my pennies and added 2 more. I recently had one which became faulty and subsequently stopped working. I messaged and received an immediate response from Aries who suggested many things to try but all failed. The camera was slightly over the guarantee but Tracy agreed a goodwill replacement, it arrived quickly and set up instantly. Super pleased with this level of service, its somewhat rare these days. A definate 5* company with excellent customer service staff

Exemplary Support I have found Reolink support to be easy to contact and swift very helpful. I had a problem with my camera after 2 months and Reolink responded to my request for help within a few hours and followed up as I was trouble shooting. I submitted a warranty request and they quickly concluded the fault was with the camera and sent me a replacement within a few days. Exemplary service. I have no hesitation in recommending their cameras and after sales service.

I've had 3 Reolink Go-PT cameras in use… I've had 3 Reolink Go-PT cameras in use for the last 2 years now. For approx. 18 months they were working just fine; I downloaded their newest update 6-8 months ago and now nothing but problems. Cannot connect, if they do connect, they will stay on a few seconds and stop, playback doesn't work most of the time. I moved a camera to a different location thinking this may be the problem, I moved it next to another camera and it still won't work. One camera will connect and the one next to it won't. They say it has a low signal, but it shows 4 bars of signal strength. You must contact customer service by e-mail and wait for a reply. Very expensive cameras and horrible customer service.

Absolutely love this the camera system… Absolutely love this the camera system from Reolink. We had purchased a product from Swann which was totally substandard as a wireless system. They did however offer a refund as their system was unfit for purpose. After some research, which we should have done the first time, we found Reolink and ordered via Catch for a third of the price of our previous system. Once arrived we cannot believe how easy and amazing these cameras and this system is! Crisp clear cameras easy to have on a desktop. All in all Reolink to us has been a great buy and we couldn't be happier with our business being secure 247 with 6 camera's. Awesome!

Remote access, using ethernet, using client app on MAC m1 airbook It all worked. Installing app on macbook air m1, went very smooth. Linking up with cameras over LAN ethernet was flawless. Accessing cameras remotely over wifi internet connection worked very well. My use model was to stricly use ethernet connection on cameras (no wifi). Worked very well. Would highly recommend this product
