Excellent after sales service I purchased 2 outdoor cameras in 2021 from Reolink, they worked brilliantly, the app is free and reliable so saved my pennies and added 2 more. I recently had one which became faulty and subsequently stopped working. I messaged and received an immediate response from Aries who suggested many things to try but all failed. The camera was slightly over the guarantee but Tracy agreed a goodwill replacement, it arrived quickly and set up instantly. Super pleased with this level of service, its somewhat rare these days. A definate 5* company with excellent customer service staff

Brought Reolink Poe camera RLC-510A on … Brought Reolink Poe camera RLC-510A on 26/11/2023 There's is a small alien screw at the rear of the camera that was loose which is not supplied by Reolink contacted then via e mail asked if should be sent with the camera pack was told to no, so asked what size Allen key was required and could not give me the answer technical department rubbish

Argos PT Lite. Bought 3 PT Lite cameras. Found the help desk very helpful, easy to install but read how to place them, I didn't and had to move 2 of them. Great product and great back up.

I've had 3 Reolink Go-PT cameras in use… I've had 3 Reolink Go-PT cameras in use for the last 2 years now. For approx. 18 months they were working just fine; I downloaded their newest update 6-8 months ago and now nothing but problems. Cannot connect, if they do connect, they will stay on a few seconds and stop, playback doesn't work most of the time. I moved a camera to a different location thinking this may be the problem, I moved it next to another camera and it still won't work. One camera will connect and the one next to it won't. They say it has a low signal, but it shows 4 bars of signal strength. You must contact customer service by e-mail and wait for a reply. Very expensive cameras and horrible customer service.

I bought 3 cameras for outdoor use and… I bought 3 cameras for outdoor use and every 6 months humidity and water gets inside, I write to the technical service and they say they are sorry and send another one and 6 months later it happens again and they apologise that the guarantee is over and that I can buy another one to see if I have better luck. They are aware of what is happening and continue to sell products that are faulty. Company message: We're afraid a replacement is no longer available in such a situation. Hope for your kind understanding. We found that Argus 3 Pro is on promotion now. You may purchase a new one directly, and here is the purchase ://www.amazon
