GBNasty Customer Service ! Everyone is a friend when you buy something but how about customer service? They are rude and very unprofessional. If you return something hopefully you not are lucky like me and wait a month to get a refund back to your credit card. Yep that is not including 15% restocking charge and other fees they get you for. Good luck and hopefully you are not one like me !

GBBE ADVISED! I bought a very expensive Zombie box… I bought a very expensive Zombie box generator enclosure from them. ($2200!) Great communication at 1st but after I received the enclosure I noticed that the material was very flimsy and cheaply constructed. I emailed SEVERAL people there that I had rec'd emails from, but NOT 1 RESPONSE FROM ANYONE! For the price I paid for this unit, I expected much better quality and craftsmanship as well as some kind of communication!

GBOrdered an Generac whole house… Ordered an Generac whole house generator. Extremely fast processing. Shipped quickly and actually arrived earlier than initially stated. GPS tracking on the delivery truck provided so could be followed all the way. Follow up emails to confirm how the transaction went. A+ experience all the way.
