Nasty Customer Service ! Everyone is a friend when you buy something but how about customer service? They are rude and very unprofessional. If you return something hopefully you not are lucky like me and wait a month to get a refund back to your credit card. Yep that is not including 15% restocking charge and other fees they get you for. Good luck and hopefully you are not one like me !

They are the worst when it comes to… They are the worst when it comes to getting answers to questions. Then when they do respond, it's not to the question I asked! This happened more than just once by the way.....Why would I ever do business with these people?????

The generator arrived promptly The generator arrived promptly. It looked new but it had obviously been run because I could smell gasoline in the tank. The generator started right up and we as quiet as advertised if not quieter. I would say that FactoryPure met all my expectations in terms of describing the product, its condition and its shipping agreements. What else can you ask for.

Couldn't be happier Couldn't be happier! Great price on the item and a hassle free delivery. Took about 3 weeks or so but given the circumstances and it being shipped from across the country was well worth it! Had some correspondence with company by email after placing the order and got same day responses. Would highly recommend.
