Ordering was easy, delivery info was sent and updated as the shipment got closer. Got a phone call a couple of days before delivery and an hour before on the day of delivery. Received a personal e-mail from Eugene Ravitsky (one of the owners) asking if I was pleased. I am and will order from he and his brother at Factory Pure again if needed. Order from them if you need what they offer!!

We are waiting for the power company today to sign off the professional installation. We have not used it, since it is for emergencies only, but it appears to be of very good quality and the 10 year warranty is a huge plus! Customer service has been easy and available.

Nasty Customer Service ! Everyone is a friend when you buy something but how about customer service? They are rude and very unprofessional. If you return something hopefully you not are lucky like me and wait a month to get a refund back to your credit card. Yep that is not including 15% restocking charge and other fees they get you for. Good luck and hopefully you are not one like me !

Ordered an Generac whole house… Ordered an Generac whole house generator. Extremely fast processing. Shipped quickly and actually arrived earlier than initially stated. GPS tracking on the delivery truck provided so could be followed all the way. Follow up emails to confirm how the transaction went. A+ experience all the way.

What can I say except their customer… What can I say except their customer service is over the top from start to finish. Anytime you contact them you actually talk to a human not a damn recording. We received a generator by mistake and they handled the whole return process with Cummins. I will recommend Factory Pure to anyone. Thank you for a job well done.
