We are waiting for the power company today to sign off the professional installation. We have not used it, since it is for emergencies only, but it appears to be of very good quality and the 10 year warranty is a huge plus! Customer service has been easy and available.

They are the worst when it comes to… They are the worst when it comes to getting answers to questions. Then when they do respond, it's not to the question I asked! This happened more than just once by the way.....Why would I ever do business with these people?????

Products Not In Stock, Delayed Shipping Ordered 2 Onan Generators on 8/18/23 online. The web page showed 2 were available and in stock. After we purchased, we were informed that it would be two weeks before we received them. We waited patiently and today, 9/18/23, we called to check status and were told it would be at least October 5th before they would ship. We paid nearly $8,000 on 8/18/23. We respectfully asked to cancel this order because of the delay and were told they were unable to cancel it. Don't believe them if they say the item is in stock and ready to ship. It appears they put that on all of their inventory items....
