Purchased FamilyPress Inspire Series 36… Purchased FamilyPress Inspire Series 36 machine with stand and the extended warranty. The manufacture stated we need to ship it back to them for service (since the steam does not come out of all the holes) and when I called FactoryPure about it being covered under the extended warranty - they said the same thing. So how am I supposed to: 1 - find a box to fit this huge machine 2- get it out of the house and to UPS/FedEx Then they say, they will cover the cost of shipping if it is determined that it is covered under warranty. Well we all know how that will go - a big fat no!!! SCAMMERS!!!

Took about 3 weeks or so but given the circumstances and it being shipped from across the country was well worth it! GPS tracking on the delivery truck provided so could be followed all the way. Follow up emails to confirm how the transaction went. A+ experience all the way.

Looked for a couple of weeks for the… Looked for a couple of weeks for the perfect generator. Found it at Factory Pure. Ordering was easy, delivery info was sent and updated as the shipment got closer. Got a phone call a couple of days before delivery and an hour before on the day of delivery. Received a personal e-mail from Eugene Ravitsky (one of the owners) asking if I was pleased. I am and will order from he and his brother at Factory Pure again if needed. Order from them if you need what they offer!!
