The generator arrived promptly The generator arrived promptly. It looked new but it had obviously been run because I could smell gasoline in the tank. The generator started right up and we as quiet as advertised if not quieter. I would say that FactoryPure met all my expectations in terms of describing the product, its condition and its shipping agreements. What else can you ask for.

BE ADVISED! I bought a very expensive Zombie box… I bought a very expensive Zombie box generator enclosure from them. ($2200!) Great communication at 1st but after I received the enclosure I noticed that the material was very flimsy and cheaply constructed. I emailed SEVERAL people there that I had rec'd emails from, but NOT 1 RESPONSE FROM ANYONE! For the price I paid for this unit, I expected much better quality and craftsmanship as well as some kind of communication!

What can I say except their customer… What can I say except their customer service is over the top from start to finish. Anytime you contact them you actually talk to a human not a damn recording. We received a generator by mistake and they handled the whole return process with Cummins. I will recommend Factory Pure to anyone. Thank you for a job well done.
