Only 4 stars because veterans discount was only 2% when most companies offer 5% or better. I will call with any questions during installation.

I needed some help setting up one of my wall units and the call center was extremely helpful figuring out the issue, they had my system up and running in no time after that! It was really easy to install and I didn't need to pay for any professional help. This system saved me a ton of money and is so quite you don't even know it's running.
