USShipping was a bit slow Shipping was a bit slow, but it was during the covid pandemic so it really wasn't A.S's fault. I needed some help setting up one of my wall units and the call center was extremely helpful figuring out the issue, they had my system up and running in no time after that! It was really easy to install and I didn't need to pay for any professional help. This system saved me a ton of money and is so quite you don't even know it's running. Thanks Air Sanctuary will definitely recommend you to everyone...

USI had never heard of this company and… I had never heard of this company and it was so much cheaper than others that I was skeptical for sure. I couldn’t have been happier. Had a few issues with shipping and delivery (no fault of air sanctuary) and they were so responsive and helpful! Truly the best customer service I’ve ever had!

USMr Cool Ordered an entire heating and cooling system, was the best value I found on the market with the cheapest shipping. Very prompt and professional correspondence. Everything arrived in great shape (boxes weren't damaged). We have not installed yet so I have nothing else to report but I am excited to utilize this system! Five stars so far, highly recommend.
