Then one morning on Bard’s FM Scott was talking about Air Sanctuary and what a wonderful American company whose products are made in the USA, we were sold. The whole purchase experience was hassle free and even with a back log of orders we received our air filter within 2 weeks. GBCommunication could be better. Website was easy to navigate, and prices seemed fair. Free shipping is a positive. But I would have expected better communication and expediency after placing an order for many thousands of dollars. Other than a confirmation email immediately after placing the order, no communication even after nearly a week.

GBAir Sanctuary changed all my doubt… Air Sanctuary changed all my doubt about purchasing a Mr. Cool system. After reading several bad blogs. They were respectful, very helpful regarding the type of system I would need purchase. I am very satisfied and can't wait to have the Mr. Cool system installed.

GBIn reference to the review I left In reference to the review I left, I have to take it back. There were a comedy of errors, miscommunications, phone system issues, etc. Air Sanctuary in fact did respond to and handled my issues. Again, after some confusion and manufacturer logistics problems, the Mr Cool system is working fine for hopefully many years to come!
