GBMr Cool Ordered an entire heating and cooling system, was the best value I found on the market with the cheapest shipping. Very prompt and professional correspondence. Everything arrived in great shape (boxes weren't damaged). We have not installed yet so I have nothing else to report but I am excited to utilize this system! Five stars so far, highly recommend.

GBLittle confusion, but all was well Received package in good shape. Did not receive item was shipped email. Since the item was shipped from manufacture and not vendor, there was some confusion whether I had received it. the service who is picking up my mail did not recognize the name I gave them, so they did not know the package delivered. after an email to the vendor, The package was identified in my mail. Thank you for your assistance.

GBDidn't ship my order Didn't ship my order. Phone number is disconnected. No response to e-mail. No response on their live chat thing. Now we get to send this one to the fraud department.

GB18K dual mini Tech was helpful. Price was in the ballpark with others. Someone actually answered the phone when I called without waiting on hold for 30 minutes. Only 4 stars because veterans discount was only 2% when most companies offer 5% or better. I will call with any questions during installation.

GBI had never heard of this company and… I had never heard of this company and it was so much cheaper than others that I was skeptical for sure. I couldn’t have been happier. Had a few issues with shipping and delivery (no fault of air sanctuary) and they were so responsive and helpful! Truly the best customer service I’ve ever had!
