Great customer service I had some questions about the electrical requirements to supply my outside unit on my Mr. cool. I started by leaving a message. The customer service person contacted me as soon as she could, and then did great on doing what was necessary to confirm the information I needed. Thanks!

Order the furnace from the website… Order the furnace from the website which said it was available. Four days later, get an email telling me the order was canceled due to lack of stock. You have no business doing Internet sales. If you do not have real time, inventory, connected to your website. I now have to find another supplier and redo this all over again. This delays my client and puts me more at risk of not being able to find equipment as the weather has gotten cold. As other people have complained customer service is near impossible to contact.

Didn't ship my order Didn't ship my order. Phone number is disconnected. No response to e-mail. No response on their live chat thing. Now we get to send this one to the fraud department.

Shipping was a bit slow Shipping was a bit slow, but it was during the covid pandemic so it really wasn't A.S's fault. I needed some help setting up one of my wall units and the call center was extremely helpful figuring out the issue, they had my system up and running in no time after that! It was really easy to install and I didn't need to pay for any professional help. This system saved me a ton of money and is so quite you don't even know it's running. Thanks Air Sanctuary will definitely recommend you to everyone...

I believe the company may no longer be in business I ordered a part for my ac system a week ago. still no tracking information, don't answer emails, and I tried to call the phone number but it's out of service.
