GBExcellent remote support toolset. So far, everything about this application has been rock solid reliable and fast. The only issues have been on the client side, with people's internet and computer systems. The only feature I would like to see is a method to update the Support client on a system after installed. Not access, but support.

GBWorking great for our Remote work teams… Working great for our Remote work teams since the pandemic. Dual Screens, printing, chat very helpful. Training Videos help at home workers. Admin tools are very helpful for working on multiple computers while multitasking.

GBUsed by scammers!!! As an IT person I have had to remove their remote software manually many times for customers They call me after they were scammed online. The software runs a a service and if you stop the program in task manager it restarts. The software is a perfect tool for scammers as it has no uninstall and no prompt alerting the user and it is hard to clean out of the PC. Even VNC alerts the user when it is in use. AVG and Avast are now are detecting it as a threat and other AV's will follow.

GBScreenconnect (connectwise) Great Screenconnect (connectwise) is one of the best remote support tools I've used as an IT admin. Very EASY and intuitive, and for the most part consistent! Every once and again, the remote client service doesn't start. However, I can't say for sure if it's a connectwise thing or a WINDOWS thing... other non-windows services start up fine, but as I said it's few and far between.

GBThe Best Remote Support Service Out There Of all the remote-desktop-type services I've used, Screenconnect is leaps ahead of all the rest. It's fast, reliable, has a very friendly user interface, and just works great! Connections are highly resistant to packet loss, so if you're stuck working on someone's machine with less than ideal network conditions, it still works great. Other services, in those conditions, would disconnect you frequently. ScreenConnect pulls through. The brandable customer portal is wonderful, and I just can't say enough about it. We have access to other remote support applications at no cost through other services we use, but we still choose to continue with Screenconnect. That's how much we like it.
