GBConnectwise was a game changer for us We use connectwise to work remotely, log onto our client's computers or provide temporary support. We can print, use dual screens, connect remotely to our computer and a client's at the same time. I have even connected remotely to my staff's computers in my office so we can both see what is going and either of us can control the computer. It is a great tool to have! We use Connectwise on a daily basis.

GBScreenconnect (connectwise) Great Screenconnect (connectwise) is one of the best remote support tools I've used as an IT admin. Very EASY and intuitive, and for the most part consistent! Every once and again, the remote client service doesn't start. However, I can't say for sure if it's a connectwise thing or a WINDOWS thing... other non-windows services start up fine, but as I said it's few and far between.

GBConnectWise Command Doesn't Work ConnectWise Command is an awful product. We switched from N-Able and have had nothing but issues with many aspects of the portal simply not working. The Partner Care team do not 'care' about this and our account manager is non-existent.
