Beautiful Design, Horrible Product. We used an OWL 3 and HQ at an offsite meeting and loved it, so we purchased our own. But the technical requirements for set-up reminded me of setting up a network in 1999! Absolutely horrible! Thank goodness we bought a test one first because we wanted to role out 100 company-wide! Owl needs to make the process easier, and not require Admin level knowledge! Plus - if you don't have Microsoft of Google Admin's - you're completely out of luck!

Just plain awesome all around. Our office went through dozens of microphone and camera options and all were pretty awful. We even tried studio rated microphones and expensive cameras and none of them were what you would call good especially for a tech company. We unpacked the owl and called a bunch of our remote employees and every one of their first responses was "WOW! This is way better than anything else you have tried we should get more of these". Would recommend everyone get one.

Our company needed a simple solution… Our company needed a simple solution for video conferencing during company meetings, especially for our weekly all-hands. Our Meeting Owl allows for remote employees to clearly see and hear in a group setting. We no longer need to worry about passing a mic or adjusting a camera each time someone new speaks. Sound quality is great, and no one needs to yell to be heard even in a larger room. Packaging is great and setup is very simple. Only downside is the price, but having a 3-in-1 mic, speaker, and camera means we didn’t have to waste time researching and ordering three separate products and learning how to set each up.

Zero Customer Service Support My Owl stopped working and I've reached out to customer support via email and phone with no response. Does anyone work there anymore? No one picks up the phone. I've done all the troubleshooting tips, and nothing works. I now have a 3-year-old $1,000 device that doesn't work.

OWL completely stopped working OWL completely stopped working, No eyes lighting up no sound coming out - dead in the water and less than a year old and never actually been used. No customer service available. I would say - don't invest in this product. It's 2 thumbs down on technical support/troubleshooting.
