I've contacted this company 5-6 times over the course of 3 weeks to let them know I received a faulty product - tried their website (ticketing system where you can watch how long they ignore you for - 22 days so far), then via facebook messenger (again ignored) then I posted a comment on their page and they asked me to email info@ which I did - no response. Followed up - no response. Clearly they don't care that their production area is putting the wrong flavour into some of their supplements - I bought BCAAs which were supposed to be Watermelon Ice flavour (delicious) but instead they are some sort of cherry flavour (undrinkable). Never buying anything of theirs again!

BPI ISO-HD is just blends of whey isolate and concentrate I recently bought BPI ISO-HD 5lbs Vanilla Flavour. But the label is different, not the same as the website shows. It is protein blends of whey protein isolate and whey protein concentrate. Not 100% pure isolate proteins. The protein content is 25 grams, carb content is 3 grams, fat is 1.5grams (Per 32grams / 1 scoop serving). So, what is the difference with BPI Whey-HD or either BPI Best Protein if they are the same categories as protein blends. What a terrible.. Need clarifications and explanation from BPI..

I'm super unhappy with the shake (Oreo… I'm super unhappy with the shake (Oreo & cookies) by far the first cookies & cream that taste so bad. Doesn't even taste anything glike it and it's consistency of the product is watery not even adding less water make a difference and that's that I also used almond milk. The creatine and CLA + carnitine are super sweet. Very hard to have first thing in the morning. The bcaa soft drink Orange soda flavor yukkkkk not even close! Also their products contact sucrulose. Undisclosed labels before you purchase really added a suspicion now I understand why.
