GBTried to cancel an online order that… Tried to cancel an online order that was placed within an hour beforehand and the customer service number was out of order. I chatted and emailed customer service to get it cancelled before processing but no one got back to me until the next day, when they informed me that they couldn’t cancel it and I would have to pay for the shipping to return the product. When asking the customer service rep if there was anything he could do for me since I tried to cancel the order immediately after submitting it, he simply said no. No offers to help or make it right. Will not order through this company again!

GBInfluence on me I’ve always felt good using their products. With a clean diet and exercise, I see and feel improvements of myself. I couldn’t be happier with their products, especially their bundled stacks! Between the company and bpi athletes, there are always ways to become a bit more motivated. Thanks guys!

GBI'm super unhappy with the shake (Oreo… I'm super unhappy with the shake (Oreo & cookies) by far the first cookies & cream that taste so bad. Doesn't even taste anything glike it and it's consistency of the product is watery not even adding less water make a difference and that's that I also used almond milk. The creatine and CLA + carnitine are super sweet. Very hard to have first thing in the morning. The bcaa soft drink Orange soda flavor yukkkkk not even close! Also their products contact sucrulose. Undisclosed labels before you purchase really added a suspicion now I understand why.

GBBad Experience Unfortunately this was a poor experience from BPI Sports who products I love but customer services is very poor. Purchased a product on a Monday and didn’t get an update on the order other than it wS received. I called BPI on the Friday and they stated it hadn’t been shipped yet and that they would resolve the issue and get it shipped ASAP. I called back on Tuesday the next week after getting no further service updates from BPI and they stated that my order had been cancelled because of potential fraud. I was eventually refunded my money and received no products. Took a week and a half to get nothing. Frustrating. Jim H

GBBe Very Careful! I would be very careful in trusting this company. Today I called during business hours. I pressed 2 for sales. An outgoing greeting kept telling me to hold for the next available person. After approximately 35 minutes, the line went dead. I tried again pressing 1 for customer service. Same experience. No ability to leave a message. No ability to receive a callback. No outgoing message as to where I was in the queue - how many callers ahead of me or an estimated wait time. This is not how most businesses in this day and age function. A total waste of an hour of my time. I will never do business with this company. You can do so at your own risk. I personally have no faith or trust.
