Terrible CS submitted two tickets no… Terrible CS submitted two tickets no response. Called customer service more than ten times unavailable. Received order with my products covered in red liquid " so not happy" did not bother to try and call again. Work on CS its terrible.

Do not order from BPI I ordered products from BPI. Immediately I was charged the same day ordering the product. After 3 weeks of no shipping confirmation I called BPI to see where my product was. The operator stated that someone claimed thei product I had ordered contained chemicals therefor the item was recalled. He stated it was “retarted”. The whole situation was not very pleasant and BPI did not impress me at all.

wro G product received, no replies to emails I ordered 2 large containers of protein powder, 1 chocolate brownie flavor and one vanilla cookie Flavor. Shipping was slow and when the package DID finally arrive I received Peanut butter candy bar flavor. I emailed BPI and sent pictures of the incorrect product and still have never even received a reply. Also the website is difficult to even FIND how to email them.

The best stuff ever The best stuff ever. I could never find anything that actually worked and tasted good at the same time during my weight loss journey. Ive been using BPI for over a year now and the results are amazing. Usually the taste of any supplements are terrible but BPI out did it. Ill forever use BPI supplements and continue to recommend them to anyone!!!

False Advertisment: 30-Day Free Returns I bought two containers of Keto Bomb. Upon arrival and inspection of ingredient, I discovered that it contained a non-keto approved ingredient, maltodextrin. I initiated a return through their online chat system. Mark provided me with a return label but I had to pay for shipping. I sent Mark a screenshot of their website indicating 30-Day Free Returns and I got no response. I had pay for shipping to return the product. I would not buy product from their website. Their BBB rating is an F.
