The customer service is non existent The customer service is non existent. I emailed 4/5 inquiring about my order status with zero response. Only to find weeks after I placed my order they cancelled it with no explanation. Hugely disappointed. If I could rate 0 stars I would have.

The best stuff ever The best stuff ever. I could never find anything that actually worked and tasted good at the same time during my weight loss journey. Ive been using BPI for over a year now and the results are amazing. Usually the taste of any supplements are terrible but BPI out did it. Ill forever use BPI supplements and continue to recommend them to anyone!!!

Tried to cancel an online order that… Tried to cancel an online order that was placed within an hour beforehand and the customer service number was out of order. I chatted and emailed customer service to get it cancelled before processing but no one got back to me until the next day, when they informed me that they couldn’t cancel it and I would have to pay for the shipping to return the product. When asking the customer service rep if there was anything he could do for me since I tried to cancel the order immediately after submitting it, he simply said no. No offers to help or make it right. Will not order through this company again!

wro G product received, no replies to emails I ordered 2 large containers of protein powder, 1 chocolate brownie flavor and one vanilla cookie Flavor. Shipping was slow and when the package DID finally arrive I received Peanut butter candy bar flavor. I emailed BPI and sent pictures of the incorrect product and still have never even received a reply. Also the website is difficult to even FIND how to email them.

Terrible CS submitted two tickets no… Terrible CS submitted two tickets no response. Called customer service more than ten times unavailable. Received order with my products covered in red liquid " so not happy" did not bother to try and call again. Work on CS its terrible.
