ATHey fanboys. Not very satisfied of this. Waiting more then a month it still didn't get delivered and I have to pay 1/2 of the price again. The support doesn't care about the parcel and just says that its untraceable and the local post knows where it is and they don't. Now it's at a post departement where I can't get it from cause they are open 4 hours a day. Also on there website there is no WARNING at all that their products are for people over 18 only and they still sell it to 16 year olds without any verification. Well I won't recommend ordering from them. Better get some bad tasting drink then nothing for 3/2 price.

AUTERRIBLE SERVICE AND SHIPPING. Sent 5 emails, writing about what is happening with my package. In my country but not in my state? I understand covid-19 may delay some packages, but it wouldn't delay my package from g-fuel for 2 AND A HALF MONTHS!!. Truly upset. Asked for a refund. Nothing. No answer, no money back into my bank account. Ordered in April 15th. Shipped on April 18. Estimation arrival on April 27. Arrived at "destination country" on May 1st after going through Jamaica (????). Its the 5th of July already. Please get your sh!t together, G-fuel. Don't advertise that you're shipping to all countries normally, especially Australia when you cant even provide an updated arrival time (Its blank, no numbers or month provided).

GBAvoid. Worst Customer Service. Please look at the review patterns. Ordered from the UK. After seeing multiple bad reviews about delivery, more postage charges that was not declared on their website etc, I requested a cancellation via email. I also called multiple times to which noone bothers to answer the phone. I then get a notification 2 days later that my order has been shipped and will take 30 days to reach me. Rediculous. Then I receive contact that "our offices are closed at the weekend" which is why I got no reply even though I had contacted during the working week and during their open hours as stated online. Stick with Sneak Energy. 2 day UK delivery and they look after their customers.

GBThis rating is for their customer … This rating is for their customer service. I've had two packages now be "shipped" out only to not have the shipping information updated at all from the day of shipment. Call customer service they say they will "check" on it and I never hear anything back. Call again and they tell me that I need to wait the full 12 days and if it's still not updated then to let them know so they can ship another one. The first time this happened I contacted them and they shipped another one right away. The second time it happened, I still have not received my order. Very poor customer service, just keep getting the same responses and not helpful at all.

GBI had bought a tub of the FaZeberry tub… I had bought a tub of the FaZeberry tub and a Winter White shaker cup. The fazeberry had a very bad unique smell to the powder and it didn't seem right at all. I've purchased the hydration rocket pop before and about 11 days prior to before I ordered the fazeberry. Let me say one thing, I called the support number and the lady tried to say that I didn't like it or something of that sort. She didn't listen to me and assumed that I didn't like it, but the powder has a very horrible smell that I've never experienced with the rocket pop hydration tub.
