CATerrible service Terrible service, items take way longer then they are supposed to arrive and they charge a stupid amount for shipping considering how slow it is. Do not buy from here unless you can wait 2 months.

BADON'T DO IT TRUST ME! First I got a tub from UK, well that's not the same G Fuel as in US missing a lot ingredients and lower caffeine. So I decide to order from the US 2 months pass nothing, I send an e-mail just to get a reply with a refund with my shipping money deducted (lost) This has never happened with any company, had to send another mail asking for the reason only then did they answer with WRONG ADRESS which is complete LIE and I have proof. DON'T ORDER NOT WORTH IT BUY ANY PREWORKOUT YOU ARE BETTER OFF BECAUSE THIS IS BASICALLY A BAD PRE WORKOUT THAT LEAVES YOUR STOMACH FEELING EMPTY PLUS IT'S GOT LEAD IN IT GUESS IT'S A BONUS.

GBI’ve spent almost $150 on this stuff I’ve spent almost $150 on this stuff, I live in Indiana, the company is based in New York. It’s been almost two weeks and I haven’t even got a shipping update, I emailed the company and they said “you will know it’s shipped, when it gets shipped” I will never order from this trash company again.

AUTERRIBLE SERVICE AND SHIPPING. Sent 5 emails, writing about what is happening with my package. In my country but not in my state? I understand covid-19 may delay some packages, but it wouldn't delay my package from g-fuel for 2 AND A HALF MONTHS!!. Truly upset. Asked for a refund. Nothing. No answer, no money back into my bank account. Ordered in April 15th. Shipped on April 18. Estimation arrival on April 27. Arrived at "destination country" on May 1st after going through Jamaica (????). Its the 5th of July already. Please get your sh!t together, G-fuel. Don't advertise that you're shipping to all countries normally, especially Australia when you cant even provide an updated arrival time (Its blank, no numbers or month provided).

GBWorst customer service Worst customer service, if you ever have a question for them all you get back is a copy paste response or someone just trying to get you off the phone. I've never had a good experience with this company and I've had multiple orders and have sent customers to them who have also had bad experiences now. I asked to switch an order before it shipped and all I got in response was "Sorry your order comes with this." I then asked to cancel the order and they just shipped it out and then told me it already shipped but you can return to sender if you want but shipping won't be refunded.
