Just the slowest dispatch i have ever… Just the slowest dispatch i have ever seen. Its ridicules that the dispatch takes longer then the international shipping. Also the shipping price and the vat only showing at the very end of the order is a little disapointing, You think your getting an ok price to find out you need to double it making it far from a cheap alternative too other energy drinks

G Fuel is an amazing product and 100% Works! This product is not only loved by its taste or low calories, it is loved because of the energy and focus you get from drinking it. Worst customer service Worst customer service, if you ever have a question for them all you get back is a copy paste response or someone just trying to get you off the phone. I've never had a good experience with this company and I've had multiple orders and have sent customers to them who have also had bad experiences now. I asked to switch an order before it shipped and all I got in response was "Sorry your order comes with this." I then asked to cancel the order and they just shipped it out and then told me it already shipped but you can return to sender if you want but shipping won't be refunded.

Terrible Customer Service Terrible Customer Service! My package arrived with broken cans sent an email on day of arrival. About how I only got half of what I ordered, because they didn't use anything to protect the inside. I still have yet to get a response. Pretty shady ass company.

Avoid. Worst Customer Service. Please look at the review patterns. Ordered from the UK. After seeing multiple bad reviews about delivery, more postage charges that was not declared on their website etc, I requested a cancellation via email. I also called multiple times to which noone bothers to answer the phone. I then get a notification 2 days later that my order has been shipped and will take 30 days to reach me. Rediculous. Then I receive contact that "our offices are closed at the weekend" which is why I got no reply even though I had contacted during the working week and during their open hours as stated online. Stick with Sneak Energy. 2 day UK delivery and they look after their customers.
