GBI had bought a tub of the FaZeberry tub… I had bought a tub of the FaZeberry tub and a Winter White shaker cup. The fazeberry had a very bad unique smell to the powder and it didn't seem right at all. I've purchased the hydration rocket pop before and about 11 days prior to before I ordered the fazeberry. Let me say one thing, I called the support number and the lady tried to say that I didn't like it or something of that sort. She didn't listen to me and assumed that I didn't like it, but the powder has a very horrible smell that I've never experienced with the rocket pop hydration tub.

GBI’ve spent almost $150 on this stuff I’ve spent almost $150 on this stuff, I live in Indiana, the company is based in New York. It’s been almost two weeks and I haven’t even got a shipping update, I emailed the company and they said “you will know it’s shipped, when it gets shipped” I will never order from this trash company again.

DKFantastic product, and amazing shipping time! I would like to start with saying that it took 9 days.. ONLY 9 days to ship all the way from New York to freakin Scandinavia, that's really amazing! I recieved the package about 30 minutes ago, and therefore I've only tasted FaZeBerry.. I really don't like the taste of it that much, but thats totally fine! I'm hyped to try some of the other 9 flavors I bought! I bought 2 Custom Boxes including these flavours: Mystery, Pineapple, Coconut, Blood Orange, Tropical Rain, FaZeBerry, Green Apple, and Watermelon. And last but not least a tub of Kiwi/Strawberry! Amazing how all that shipped across the globe in 9 days right?!

GBThis rating is for their customer … This rating is for their customer service. I've had two packages now be "shipped" out only to not have the shipping information updated at all from the day of shipment. Call customer service they say they will "check" on it and I never hear anything back. Call again and they tell me that I need to wait the full 12 days and if it's still not updated then to let them know so they can ship another one. The first time this happened I contacted them and they shipped another one right away. The second time it happened, I still have not received my order. Very poor customer service, just keep getting the same responses and not helpful at all.
