I've had two packages now be "shipped" out only to not have the shipping information updated at all from the day of shipment. Call customer service they say they will "check" on it and I never hear anything back. Call again and they tell me that I need to wait the full 12 days and if it's still not updated then to let them know so they can ship another one. The first time this happened I contacted them and they shipped another one right away. The second time it happened, I still have not received my order. Very poor customer service, just keep getting the same responses and not helpful at all.

GBJust the slowest dispatch i have ever… Just the slowest dispatch i have ever seen. Its ridicules that the dispatch takes longer then the international shipping. Also the shipping price and the vat only showing at the very end of the order is a little disapointing, You think your getting an ok price to find out you need to double it making it far from a cheap alternative too other energy drinks

ATHey fanboys. Not very satisfied of this. Waiting more then a month it still didn't get delivered and I have to pay 1/2 of the price again. The support doesn't care about the parcel and just says that its untraceable and the local post knows where it is and they don't. Now it's at a post departement where I can't get it from cause they are open 4 hours a day. Also on there website there is no WARNING at all that their products are for people over 18 only and they still sell it to 16 year olds without any verification. Well I won't recommend ordering from them. Better get some bad tasting drink then nothing for 3/2 price.

GBGood product I reckon I love gfuel, it gives me a great boost and faze jevs flavour is probably one of my most favourite drinks. The only criticism I have is the price, like even with a 30% off code it still cost me £90 for 3 tubs and I'm 17 I struggle to afford things. The shipping cost and tax I found were really high and the delivery for me takes like 10 days always but despite those I actually highly recommend you drink fuel for school, games, pre-workout, mixing with alcohol etc.

AUI love your G fuel its tha bomb !! Yous have a really good product going here but I wouldn't of heard of it if it wasn't for the FaZe clan they really do a good job in promoting your business . But it would be good if there was a express delivery for your customers around the world like myself because having to wait 14 days to get the G fuel I ordered really sucks lol but it's definitely well worth the wait 😊 .. shout outs to the clan FaZe for promoting your business.
