GBTerrible Customer Service Terrible Customer Service! My package arrived with broken cans sent an email on day of arrival. About how I only got half of what I ordered, because they didn't use anything to protect the inside. I still have yet to get a response. Pretty shady ass company.

CATerrible service Terrible service, items take way longer then they are supposed to arrive and they charge a stupid amount for shipping considering how slow it is. Do not buy from here unless you can wait 2 months.

GBWorst customer service Worst customer service, if you ever have a question for them all you get back is a copy paste response or someone just trying to get you off the phone. I've never had a good experience with this company and I've had multiple orders and have sent customers to them who have also had bad experiences now. I asked to switch an order before it shipped and all I got in response was "Sorry your order comes with this." I then asked to cancel the order and they just shipped it out and then told me it already shipped but you can return to sender if you want but shipping won't be refunded.

CABrutal Ordered a Special edition box from Gfuel and It is missing items that were supposed to come in the box. Gfuel said they would send it out on a later order, except I don't think I will be ordering from them again with the exchange rate being what it is. Lets see how this goes.

GBRude customer service. Ridiculous shipping days The ladies there are rude. They talk over you. And when asked about shipping that should take no more than 7 days to get to me maybe 10. They tell me that it’s 7 days to actually ship the products from the facility and then another 7 days to arrive to your house. So instead of us paying for 3-5 days. We are actually paying for 14 day average shipping...
