Horrible company Horrible company. My 8 year old son got a hold of my phone & placed an order of $14.75 in merchandise PLUS $32.81 IN SHIPPING charges. Totalling $47.56. I immediately emailed the company requesting the order please be cancelled and filled a contact us form out only to get generic automated email response every time. It's been 4 days. 7 attempts on my behalf imploring them to please cancel the ridiculous order (at least the outrageous shipping costs) that my underage son had no right to order. Seems this company gives no regard to their customers or families, just to the profit they can make deceiving people...

Big concern is that I opened acct with my data several months ago. At checkout my husband's gmail + AMEX number auto-populates acct and I'm unable to change it. Cancelled order, deleted account.
