GBNEVER ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY I ordered 1/31/22 they debited my account on 2/2 it arrived at upstairs 2/5 253 pm it is still there 2/19 . I emailed cellular all they said was ups had it. I email again asking for a refund 1 week later no response. SOLUTION I filed stop payment they refunded my money problem solved NEVER USE THIS COMPANY Annette said this is an internet company no phone number

CAsplit shipment Although I did receive all the items I ordered, they were shipped in two separate shipments. This seems to be more expensive than all at once, but more importantly, there should have been some explanation, or at least some sort of notice. Maybe have labels printed that say, "First of two shipments", or "Partial shipment, remainder to follow". Had you asked for a review right after the first shipment, I would have given you, "One star, minus five stars!"

GBUnable to communicate directly Unable to communicate directly. In order to get "chat" support you must pay $$ first before being put in contact with a live chat representative. Big concern is that I opened acct with my data several months ago. At checkout my husband's gmail + AMEX number auto-populates acct and I'm unable to change it. Cancelled order, deleted account. Will shop elsewhere, somewhere I trust.

GBI ordered another phone case and I love… I ordered another phone case and I love it. Cellular always has something new and has their cases at reasonable prices. You don't have to pay a large amount of money for nice accessories.. I will continue to use Cellular Outfitters for all my phones..

GBA great company!! I always have a great experience when dealing with cellular outfitters, and this time was no different. I've been a customer for years and I won't buy our cell phone cases and accessories anywhere else! Keep up the great work!!
