Exceptional customer service I contacted customer service and was absolutely blown away by the level of care and support. As most people know, customer service is vital when looking at a product. I will buy more items because I know the company puts its customers first which is a rarity today. Truly and completely satisfied with Hyperice.

accept no substitute My wife and i both have occasional lower back discomfort to the extent of limiting our mobility. There have been numerous occasions (including moving day to our new house) where we would have been bedridden without our hyperice waist packs. We have tried other products but the bottom line is that you usually get what you pay for. We each have a pack and an arsenal of fuel refills in case both of us are stricken simultaneously.

Horrendous customer service. Order placed in late December, with the promise of dispatch within 5 working days. We are currently 18 days into January, with no sign of a dispatch. When you raise a support ticket on their website, the query gets closed with a vague excuse (but no progress). I then received an email to say one of the two items ordered is out of stock. I have requested a refund, but going by some of the other reviews on here, I am not holding out much hope in getting anything from them.

I had bought Hypervolt+ year a go I had bought Hypervolt+ year a go. I am now 74 and due to Corona I would have been disabled by now. Hypervolt+ gave me at my age mobility and able to function my daily chore. I had some repair to be done on my Hypervolt+ and was under warranty by few days remaining before expiring. Cristina was so helpful and immediately sent me Return label and in two days I got it back. Incredible service.

Normatec Boots - Poor Durability Normatec Boots - Purchased in 2021, used regularly for about 6 months, then didn't start using again until 2023, broke down within a few months. BE AWARE, WILL NOT WORK WHEN BATTERY FAILS, even when plugged in. Warranty is for 2 years, given the price, I expected much much more.
