I was offered an easy free replacement. Such amazing customer service and truly a save of a lot of time and back and forth. GBI use Hyperice products everyday! I use Hyperice products everyday for pre-workout warm up and post workout recovery. I have the Hypervolt Go, which is so light and yet so powerful, the Viper 2 and the Viper Go both of which provide great myofascial release and the Venom Leg which I just got and is super helpful for trouble spots in the legs and I actually use it on my arms too. The vibration and heat at the same time is very effective.

AUNormatec Boots - Poor Durability Normatec Boots - Purchased in 2021, used regularly for about 6 months, then didn't start using again until 2023, broke down within a few months. BE AWARE, WILL NOT WORK WHEN BATTERY FAILS, even when plugged in. Warranty is for 2 years, given the price, I expected much much more.

I had a new replacement into 3 weeks~. Good job ! Thank you ! As for the massage gun. It’s the best in its price . Good quality and intense. I don’t know the reason that’s stop working but I know they re gonna help you.

GBHyperice Go - Beware Return Policy I purchased a Hyperice Go. After trying the product, I determined it was ineffective and difficult to use. I was surprised to learn that the return policy is to charge me $15 (Roughly 15%) of the purchase price, PLUS requiring me to pay for return by FedEx label. The overall cost to return the item “for a full refund” is not what I expected. My error in not knowing T&C. Bad marketing policy will prevent me from purchasing another Hyperice product. I have Theragun device which is a great product. Not the “GO” ball
