I place an order for a camera lens … I place an order for a camera lens which was advertised as "In Stock". A few days later, I check the order status and it is shown as back order. No email communication to me from the store regarding the order status. I called multiple times and at different days and no body ever answer the phone and I have no way to cancel the order.

Perfect condition, prompt shipping. My Canon Battery Pack NB-13L shipped quickly after the order was placed and arrived within a reasonable time (briefly delayed by USPS). The battery pack was described as used/like new/never been used and arrived with original packaging intact.
