Updated Review I erased my last review, based upon the misunderstanding I had with the company. They were able to take my camera lens back and gave me a complete refund. Receiving the item was shipped to me quickly. Only remark I have is they are hard to reach by phone but they do respond by email, wait 24 hrs for response back.

Super Store 4 Less via Amazon I ordered a new Canon EOS strap for the 400D I bought for my daughter for doing well in her scholl exams. I am in the UK so wasnt surprised to see the estimated delivery was almost four weeks - but I went ahead because I had found exactly what I wanted (at a fraction of the Canon regular price!). Beware... I bet this is a scam! My order says it's on back order as well but the bottom of the invoice that was emailed to me says it's in stock. Each time I call customer service, someone hangs up the call. I need a full refund asap... I believe this is a SCAM as well!
