I am in the UK so wasnt surprised to see the estimated delivery was almost four weeks - but I went ahead because I had found exactly what I wanted (at a fraction of the Canon regular price!). Placed an order Placed an order, 7 days later called to check status of the order. Selected customer service from the menu and a male answered the phone saying hello. I asked if this was customer service and he stated it could be. Googled company address and using street view can clearly see it is a UPS Store. This is a scam all the way around. Any good review are a crock as I am sure they are not real reviews.

Zero feedback on order, no response to emails or answering of phone calls **updated: just got an email back from them that order is oversold and they can cancel or I can wait six weeks. Asked them to cancel I bought a camera for my wife's birthday. Got email saying it had been ordered, however no information about arrival ETAs or anything else. Online it stated in stock and 2-3 business days for it to be shipped. Tried emailing them, and received no replies over a number of days. Also tried calling them multiple times over several days and the only message I received was "you have reached John at extension 5005..." which seems very suspicious. Have given up on this order and left multiple emails to ensure the order is cancelled. No holds or charges on credit card but will monitor the card for any changes and dispute/cancel if they try and put anything through.

Perfect condition, prompt shipping. My Canon Battery Pack NB-13L shipped quickly after the order was placed and arrived within a reasonable time (briefly delayed by USPS). The battery pack was described as used/like new/never been used and arrived with original packaging intact. I have been using it for a few weeks, no issues, indistinguishable from the battery that came with the camera. I would purchase from this company again.
