Great service & definitely will be buying again! My Canon camera had been having some glitches due to the battery not working properly so I needed a new one. Placed an order Placed an order, 7 days later called to check status of the order. Selected customer service from the menu and a male answered the phone saying hello. I asked if this was customer service and he stated it could be. Googled company address and using street view can clearly see it is a UPS Store. This is a scam all the way around. Any good review are a crock as I am sure they are not real reviews.
