I place an order for a camera lens … I place an order for a camera lens which was advertised as "In Stock". A few days later, I check the order status and it is shown as back order. No email communication to me from the store regarding the order status. I called multiple times and at different days and no body ever answer the phone and I have no way to cancel the order.

Great service & definitely will be buying again! My Canon camera had been having some glitches due to the battery not working properly so I needed a new one. Needless to say, local places are always selling camera equipment so expensive. Anyway, I was very pleased with the price and how quick the item got to me just in time before the holidays. Updated Review I erased my last review, based upon the misunderstanding I had with the company. They were able to take my camera lens back and gave me a complete refund. Receiving the item was shipped to me quickly. Only remark I have is they are hard to reach by phone but they do respond by email, wait 24 hrs for response back.
