I place an order for a camera lens … I place an order for a camera lens which was advertised as "In Stock". A few days later, I check the order status and it is shown as back order. No email communication to me from the store regarding the order status. I called multiple times and at different days and no body ever answer the phone and I have no way to cancel the order.

My ordered Olympus digital camera… My ordered Olympus digital camera arrived with 3 days. I took of one star because the store spent 2 days reconfirming my payment and address before they would ship. The camera was nicely packed and arrived in excellent conditions. I have nothing bad to say about their service and look forward to ordering from them again.

Great service & definitely will be buying again! My Canon camera had been having some glitches due to the battery not working properly so I needed a new one. Needless to say, local places are always selling camera equipment so expensive. Anyway, I was very pleased with the price and how quick the item got to me just in time before the holidays.
