Updated Review I erased my last review, based upon the misunderstanding I had with the company. They were able to take my camera lens back and gave me a complete refund. Receiving the item was shipped to me quickly. Only remark I have is they are hard to reach by phone but they do respond by email, wait 24 hrs for response back.

I am in the UK so wasnt surprised to see the estimated delivery was almost four weeks - but I went ahead because I had found exactly what I wanted (at a fraction of the Canon regular price!). I was delighted to find a complete set of the accessories I would need to augment my photography - specifically additional lenses, filters and cleaning supplies. I have never had to clean any of my previous cameras. I look forward to future purchases - when I upgrade ;-). Delivery was really quick - plus I am getting a free gift. A company that encourages feedback - is a company that cares about its services and customers.

Perfect condition, prompt shipping. My Canon Battery Pack NB-13L shipped quickly after the order was placed and arrived within a reasonable time (briefly delayed by USPS). The battery pack was described as used/like new/never been used and arrived with original packaging intact. I have been using it for a few weeks, no issues, indistinguishable from the battery that came with the camera. I would purchase from this company again.

Cheap prices and great service. I ordered a Canon EOS Rebel T5i for $479 which is almost $200 cheaper than at Best Buy or anywhere else. It came and everything looked fine until I tried to take the lens cap off. It was stuck, but all I needed to do was pry it off with a credit card. The lens was also the wrong lens, as a T5i should come with an 18-55mm IS STM lens, but mine came with the older, 18-55mm IS, which focuses very loudly. I contacted them about this and they replied two days later saying they would send me the appropriate lens in the mail. Cheap prices and great customer service. Definitely not a scam.
