I place an order for a camera lens … I place an order for a camera lens which was advertised as "In Stock". A few days later, I check the order status and it is shown as back order. No email communication to me from the store regarding the order status. I called multiple times and at different days and no body ever answer the phone and I have no way to cancel the order.

I am in the UK so wasnt surprised to see the estimated delivery was almost four weeks - but I went ahead because I had found exactly what I wanted (at a fraction of the Canon regular price!). Updated Review I erased my last review, based upon the misunderstanding I had with the company. They were able to take my camera lens back and gave me a complete refund. Receiving the item was shipped to me quickly. Only remark I have is they are hard to reach by phone but they do respond by email, wait 24 hrs for response back.
