Great service & definitely will be buying again! My Canon camera had been having some glitches due to the battery not working properly so I needed a new one. Needless to say, local places are always selling camera equipment so expensive. Anyway, I was very pleased with the price and how quick the item got to me just in time before the holidays. I am in the UK so wasnt surprised to see the estimated delivery was almost four weeks - but I went ahead because I had found exactly what I wanted (at a fraction of the Canon regular price!). Placed an order for an Airconditioner… Placed an order for an Airconditioner and I even got a confirmation email, then I received the following email, "We are aware that you have a choice when making a purchase from a vendor and we would like to thank you for placing your order with Super Store 4 Less, your order #SS717737. We regret to inform you that the item you have recently ordered from us has been oversold. We would also like you to know that we are in the process of purchasing more of this item from our vendors however this may take up to 4-6 weeks or longer to be fulfilled as many of our vendors are awaiting this product to come into their fulfillment centers. At this time we can offer you the following options to choose from: Option 1: Hold the order with us and await for it to fulfilled from our vendors. Option 2: You may have the order cancelled. Ordered two items on January 12; Can't find the vendor Ordered two items on January 12, 2021. Inexpensive item arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The more expensive item has still not arrived. Website is inaccessible, links to my order are inaccessible, all links in the order acknowledgement email are inaccessible. No one has responded to any emails sent to the email addresses in the help and Q/A sections of the order acknowledgement email. I am now reaching out to my credit card company and hoping that it is not too late.

Perfect condition, prompt shipping. My Canon Battery Pack NB-13L shipped quickly after the order was placed and arrived within a reasonable time (briefly delayed by USPS). The battery pack was described as used/like new/never been used and arrived with original packaging intact. I have been using it for a few weeks, no issues, indistinguishable from the battery that came with the camera. I would purchase from this company again.
