Placed an order Placed an order, 7 days later called to check status of the order. Selected customer service from the menu and a male answered the phone saying hello. I asked if this was customer service and he stated it could be. Googled company address and using street view can clearly see it is a UPS Store. This is a scam all the way around. Any good review are a crock as I am sure they are not real reviews.

The battery pack was described as used/like new/never been used and arrived with original packaging intact. I have been using it for a few weeks, no issues, indistinguishable from the battery that came with the camera. I would purchase from this company again.
