Great service & definitely will be buying again! My Canon camera had been having some glitches due to the battery not working properly so I needed a new one. Ordered two items on January 12; Can't find the vendor Ordered two items on January 12, 2021. Inexpensive item arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The more expensive item has still not arrived. Website is inaccessible, links to my order are inaccessible, all links in the order acknowledgement email are inaccessible. No one has responded to any emails sent to the email addresses in the help and Q/A sections of the order acknowledgement email. I am now reaching out to my credit card company and hoping that it is not too late.
