GBMy ordered Olympus digital camera… My ordered Olympus digital camera arrived with 3 days. I took of one star because the store spent 2 days reconfirming my payment and address before they would ship. The camera was nicely packed and arrived in excellent conditions. I have nothing bad to say about their service and look forward to ordering from them again.

GBOrdered two items on January 12; Can't find the vendor Ordered two items on January 12, 2021. Inexpensive item arrived in a reasonable amount of time. The more expensive item has still not arrived. Website is inaccessible, links to my order are inaccessible, all links in the order acknowledgement email are inaccessible. No one has responded to any emails sent to the email addresses in the help and Q/A sections of the order acknowledgement email. I am now reaching out to my credit card company and hoping that it is not too late.

GBCheap prices and great service. I ordered a Canon EOS Rebel T5i for $479 which is almost $200 cheaper than at Best Buy or anywhere else. It came and everything looked fine until I tried to take the lens cap off. It was stuck, but all I needed to do was pry it off with a credit card. The lens was also the wrong lens, as a T5i should come with an 18-55mm IS STM lens, but mine came with the older, 18-55mm IS, which focuses very loudly. I contacted them about this and they replied two days later saying they would send me the appropriate lens in the mail. Cheap prices and great customer service. Definitely not a scam.

GBI place an order for a camera lens … I place an order for a camera lens which was advertised as "In Stock". A few days later, I check the order status and it is shown as back order. No email communication to me from the store regarding the order status. I called multiple times and at different days and no body ever answer the phone and I have no way to cancel the order.

GBZero feedback on order, no response to emails or answering of phone calls **updated: just got an email back from them that order is oversold and they can cancel or I can wait six weeks. Asked them to cancel I bought a camera for my wife's birthday. Got email saying it had been ordered, however no information about arrival ETAs or anything else. Online it stated in stock and 2-3 business days for it to be shipped. Tried emailing them, and received no replies over a number of days. Also tried calling them multiple times over several days and the only message I received was "you have reached John at extension 5005..." which seems very suspicious. Have given up on this order and left multiple emails to ensure the order is cancelled. No holds or charges on credit card but will monitor the card for any changes and dispute/cancel if they try and put anything through.
