I've made a lot of cool figures 😎 its close to perfect 👌 my only negative comment about it is that you cannot manually send the build plate to the top automatically. You have to push up by 10 mm multiple times 🤣 now if there's a way to do it that I don't know about then I'd say its 5 stars and perfect 😁

Best resin printers around! What can I say, I've used many resin printers in my time. I run a manufacturing company based in the UK. We used to use zortrax and formlabs machines but when we needed to scale our 3d printing side of the business we were looking at around £25,000 for the level of production needed to scale to a level we were comfortable with. I originally bought an elegoo Saturn just to test and see what they're like, I now have 10 elegoo Jupiters which are running perfectly, which cost around £6000. Absolute bargain machines that just work every time.

Trying to return a curer for a 3d… Trying to return a curer for a 3d printer. Will not give me a UK return address or any other return address. They are ignoring the emails I sent. Now having to go through my credit card to claim the money back. Shocking

Customer Service UPDATE Bought a brand new Neptune 4 Pro direct. Machine stopped working within a month. Support based in China so massive delays on responses. Sent wrong parts to try and fix and now being ignored. A lovely Jenny did get back in contact and sent the part I needed and now the machine works absolutely fine. Jenny has done her utmost to accommodate me so have now changed my experience. I strongly suggest for such a popular maker of 3D printing machines that they have a satellite office in the UK or at least Europe for customer service. I don’t mind waiting for parts coming from China as long as I had known what was going on. Having no contact for a week didn’t help.

Great 3D printer company, Great 3D printer company, I bought a Saturn 3D printer that works perfectly. The price for it and a curing machine was more than fair. Its my 5th day and making complicated detailed mechanical and optical prototyping. Good thing I bought 5 extre fep. Would be good elegoo include 1 spare fep, a mini bottle of PTFE lube and a mini pot of grease for the Z axis rod, mine was squealing. Other than that everything necessary was inside the box and had a very good time printing.
