I love the Elegoo Mars Pro 2 I love the Elegoo Mars Pro 2. I've made a lot of cool figures 😎 its close to perfect 👌 my only negative comment about it is that you cannot manually send the build plate to the top automatically. You have to push up by 10 mm multiple times 🤣 now if there's a way to do it that I don't know about then I'd say its 5 stars and perfect 😁

Elegoo Always - Anycubic Never Really happy with Elegoo - my product was faulty, but they sent me spare parts immediately and were really polite and professional. When it still couldn't be fixed and I asked for a replacement they offered me my money back right away as they didn't have any stock available in country. The funds were back in my account within 5 days. I wish I purchased more from Elegoo and didn't purchase anything ever at all from Anycubic.

Ordered 2 resin trays for my Mars2 Pro Ordered 2 resin trays for my Mars2 Pro. Delivery was fast, lid for tray nice extra. Ordered them as was having problems with replacing fep on original tray. Couldn't get tension right. Nice to have a working tray while getting fep replaced.

Excellent customer service Excellent customer service, when an issue occurred they were quick to respond and send out a replacement part as well as clear instructions on how to install. Happy to recommend

Great 3D printer company, Great 3D printer company, I bought a Saturn 3D printer that works perfectly. The price for it and a curing machine was more than fair. Its my 5th day and making complicated detailed mechanical and optical prototyping. Good thing I bought 5 extre fep. Would be good elegoo include 1 spare fep, a mini bottle of PTFE lube and a mini pot of grease for the Z axis rod, mine was squealing. Other than that everything necessary was inside the box and had a very good time printing.
