GBGreat Products Great product Bought the Saturn 3 on August Pre-order to go along with my Mars 3 Pro. Unfortunately something went wrong with the shipment and my order was lost. After a bit of back and forth we agreed to an upgrade to a Saturn 3 Ultra for a small discount and a Bottle of resin as compensation. This would be delivered quicker than waiting for a normal Saturn 3 which would have been end of September. The Saturn 3 Ultra arrived a week later and it is a brilliant Machine that has printed flawlessly. For the Price and Quality Elgoo Machines are excellent. I hopefully wont need another one for a while but I look forward to seeing how the technology evolves in the future.

SEIf I could rate zero stars,I would. Update 2024-03-19 Since writing the original review I have had additional contact with Klarna and Elegoo. I received the replacement machine yesterday and assembled it today. It prints nicely. Overall I am pleased with the long awaited conclusion of my complaint. I have amended my rating accordingly. -------‐------------------- Original review -------------------------- I could rate zero stars,I would. I purchased a neptune 3 pro in November 2023 and it worked ok for two months. In January it stopped working from one day to another. Frequent contacts with customer support have been less than fruitful. They agreed to send a new printer once the chargeback was closed but a month later I still have paid 200 € for a piece of junk gathering dust. I believed the positive reviews to my own detriment. If you decide to buy an elegoo you need patience and technical skills in greater measure than I have. I bought through the EU site. Date of experience: February 23,

GBDisappointed by Non-Compliance with UK… Disappointed by Non-Compliance with UK Consumer Legislation. Ebay Order: 26-10187-12935 Ebay Order: 23-10153-45840 I bought 2 Mars 3 Pro printers mid 2023. I wrote to Elegoo expressing my dissatisfaction. The machines are unreliable and I wished to return them for refund. I was met by demands to carry out lengthy processes to troubleshoot their own machines. This even included measuring voltages! UK consumer law states the onus is on Elegoo, not the consumer. Elegoo refused to honour the warranty and showed me a nonsense chart of their own making, totally disregarding UK legal requirements. I even offered to send the machines back in return for a more recent model but this request went unmet. Elegoo are not a small company and should know better when competing internationally.

GBI love the Elegoo Mars Pro 2 I love the Elegoo Mars Pro 2. I've made a lot of cool figures 😎 its close to perfect 👌 my only negative comment about it is that you cannot manually send the build plate to the top automatically. You have to push up by 10 mm multiple times 🤣 now if there's a way to do it that I don't know about then I'd say its 5 stars and perfect 😁

GBCustomer Service UPDATE Bought a brand new Neptune 4 Pro direct. Machine stopped working within a month. Support based in China so massive delays on responses. Sent wrong parts to try and fix and now being ignored. A lovely Jenny did get back in contact and sent the part I needed and now the machine works absolutely fine. Jenny has done her utmost to accommodate me so have now changed my experience. I strongly suggest for such a popular maker of 3D printing machines that they have a satellite office in the UK or at least Europe for customer service. I don’t mind waiting for parts coming from China as long as I had known what was going on. Having no contact for a week didn’t help.
