ELEGOO built out of Greed So for weeks I have been trying to find a solid solution for my problem to my 3d printer which is a Jupiter from Elegoo...mind me that the problem is that there is a misalignment due to the overhang that sits in the printers unit that holds the build plate...now Elegoo denies this but it exits right there in the printer itself and any individual themselves that has studied structural issues can see this....anyway Elegoo constantly refuses to properly fix thos problem by dancing around the issue....in turn we have done several parts changes thinking it would fix the issue. We've swapped the motor to a new one....changed the LCD...Changed the UV Light...The UV Light Board...Swapped the VAT as well...none of these created any changes at all.....we've re- calibrated this machine several times to ensure it functions at peak but Elegoo wants us to tighten screws even more but that's impossible because it will strip them and damage them...At this point Wlegoo does not want to give a solution at all if they did well we wouldn't be posting this complaint....But like many others in Facebook Jupiter group that have a same similar issue many are tired of this company's business policies and lies...Elegoo needs to commit to its customers and so the right thing and stop scamming them before customers begin to abandon them because of their woke policies

If I could rate zero stars,I would. Update 2024-03-19 Since writing the original review I have had additional contact with Klarna and Elegoo. I received the replacement machine yesterday and assembled it today. It prints nicely. Overall I am pleased with the long awaited conclusion of my complaint. I have amended my rating accordingly. -------‐------------------- Original review -------------------------- I could rate zero stars,I would. I purchased a neptune 3 pro in November 2023 and it worked ok for two months. In January it stopped working from one day to another. Frequent contacts with customer support have been less than fruitful. They agreed to send a new printer once the chargeback was closed but a month later I still have paid 200 € for a piece of junk gathering dust. I believed the positive reviews to my own detriment. If you decide to buy an elegoo you need patience and technical skills in greater measure than I have. I bought through the EU site. Date of experience: February 23,

Ordered 2 resin trays for my Mars2 Pro Ordered 2 resin trays for my Mars2 Pro. Delivery was fast, lid for tray nice extra. Ordered them as was having problems with replacing fep on original tray. Couldn't get tension right. Nice to have a working tray while getting fep replaced.

Disappointed by Non-Compliance with UK… Disappointed by Non-Compliance with UK Consumer Legislation. Ebay Order: 26-10187-12935 Ebay Order: 23-10153-45840 I bought 2 Mars 3 Pro printers mid 2023. I wrote to Elegoo expressing my dissatisfaction. The machines are unreliable and I wished to return them for refund. I was met by demands to carry out lengthy processes to troubleshoot their own machines. This even included measuring voltages! UK consumer law states the onus is on Elegoo, not the consumer. Elegoo refused to honour the warranty and showed me a nonsense chart of their own making, totally disregarding UK legal requirements. I even offered to send the machines back in return for a more recent model but this request went unmet. Elegoo are not a small company and should know better when competing internationally.

Eventually you come to a satisfactory resolution, quality of working products are great! Started the order off with issues upon delivery of damaged items. It did take a while to resolve, but ELEGOO have worked with me to fix my issues and offer complimentary aid as compensation. Big shout out to Jenny in customer services for assisting me!
