Support works after script, ignoring the issue prensented Update: After several mails, the issue got solved. The only things I´d like them to change are the official guides. They are severly outdated and you have to be wiling to search 3r party sources. Their support however was very patient and did their best to solve the issue even thougfh there was some misscommunication in the beginning.

Be careful of censorship on .elegoo.com attention a la censure sur .elegoo.com. ils ne font apparaitre que les avis positif sur leur site. j ai laisser un avis negatif car emballage pitoyable et mouiller et stock toujours a 0 malgré les emails de produit en stock. il n ont jamais publier mon avis ni les photos. -- Be careful of censorship on .elegoo.com. They only display positive reviews on their site. I left a negative review because the packaging was pitiful and wet and the stock was still at 0 despite the emails of the product in stock. They never published my opinion or the photos.

If I could rate zero stars,I would. Update 2024-03-19 Since writing the original review I have had additional contact with Klarna and Elegoo. I received the replacement machine yesterday and assembled it today. It prints nicely. Overall I am pleased with the long awaited conclusion of my complaint. I purchased a neptune 3 pro in November 2023 and it worked ok for two months. In January it stopped working from one day to another. Frequent contacts with customer support have been less than fruitful. They agreed to send a new printer once the chargeback was closed but a month later I still have paid 200 € for a piece of junk gathering dust. I believed the positive reviews to my own detriment. If you decide to buy an elegoo you need patience and technical skills in greater measure than I have. I bought through the EU site. Date of experience: February 23,

Parcel came quickly and in good… Parcel came quickly and in good condition. Printer is amazing and the elegoo abs-like 2.0 is brilliant. A bit shiny. But prints really easy with lychee setting

ELEGOO built out of Greed So for weeks I have been trying to find a solid solution for my problem to my 3d printer which is a Jupiter from Elegoo...mind me that the problem is that there is a misalignment due to the overhang that sits in the printers unit that holds the build plate...now Elegoo denies this but it exits right there in the printer itself and any individual themselves that has studied structural issues can see this....anyway Elegoo constantly refuses to properly fix thos problem by dancing around the issue....in turn we have done several parts changes thinking it would fix the issue. We've swapped the motor to a new one....changed the LCD...Changed the UV Light...The UV Light Board...Swapped the VAT as well...none of these created any changes at all.....we've re- calibrated this machine several times to ensure it functions at peak but Elegoo wants us to tighten screws even more but that's impossible because it will strip them and damage them...At this point Wlegoo does not want to give a solution at all if they did well we wouldn't be posting this complaint....But like many others in Facebook Jupiter group that have a same similar issue many are tired of this company's business policies and lies...Elegoo needs to commit to its customers and so the right thing and stop scamming them before customers begin to abandon them because of their woke policies
