GBCustomer Service was Great! I didn’t know what S/N to enter when I purchased coverage for my daughters school device. When I called GOCARE, not only did they education me what the S/N was, they entered it for me. They were very patient with me, their assistance was exceptional.

GBA must have for second & out of warranty electronics Those of us you purchase of second, after-market, or out of warranty knows what happens if an accident happens. The service provider or manufacturer usually won't welcome any claims. Finally, with Go Care that doesn't have the case.

GBThey got my phone for about 3 weeks and … They got my phone for about 3 weeks and didn't say a word about the repairment process. I tried to contact the service center several times but they just kept silence! When I got the phone back nothing changed...

GBNo Response to Claim for 4-5 weeks Every time I call or send an email I don't get any response. Now the voicemail message say the claims are being managed by Fortegra Financial - Have these guys gone out of business? They have my sons school issued Ipad. Concerned Dad
