Service is really awesome, very smooth transaction and customer service support is really good I had claimed this year, I didn't believe that gocare would support such a great service when one of my friend was referred me last year. Now I believe and trust the service that was provided by Gocare completely 100% after I claimed for my samsung S3 cell phone repair. It was very smooth transaction, good customer support till I get my cell phone back.

No Response to Claim for 4-5 weeks Every time I call or send an email I don't get any response. Now the voicemail message say the claims are being managed by Fortegra Financial - Have these guys gone out of business? They have my sons school issued Ipad. Concerned Dad

GoCare comes through when you have a broken iPad My family and I have used GoCare twice. My 14 year old son is required to have an iPad at school so we purchased the GoCare policy. Unfortunately, we had to use it twice due to accidental damage. Both times GoCare was extremely responsive and fixed our son's iPad like new!! I would definitely recommend GoCare.....we renewed our policy just recently.

Better value than their competitors! I have purchased plenty of 3rd-party electronics insurance plans over the years. Besides being much less expensive, Gocare.com offers a lower deductible than both my wireless carrier and the other major 3rd-party insurance providers. The plan I got covers my phone if it is lost, stolen, or damaged. Even water damage is covered! Signing up for the insurance online was quick and easy. I love knowing that if my phone gets lost or ruined, I can rely on Gocare.com for a replacement.

Customer Service was Great! I didn’t know what S/N to enter when I purchased coverage for my daughters school device. When I called GOCARE, not only did they education me what the S/N was, they entered it for me. They were very patient with me, their assistance was exceptional.
