No Response to Claim for 4-5 weeks Every time I call or send an email I don't get any response. Now the voicemail message say the claims are being managed by Fortegra Financial - Have these guys gone out of business? They have my sons school issued Ipad. Concerned Dad

UNABLE TO CONTACT ANYONE - I have been trying to contact GoCare regarding a claim for 3 weeks now. No replies to email, can't "chat", nobody answers the phones.. are they still in business???

Very easy to setup and worth it for peace of mind. I wanted insurance for my new (at the time) iPhone. The plan my cell company offered was not for lost or stolen phones, only for breakage, so I took out a 3 year policy with this company. Even though I never needed to submit a claim, I felt better knowing I was protected from breaks, losing the phone or theft.
