I ended up deciding not to go through with it after so much run around and uncertainty. I did pay the $50, but have decided to insure my phone elsewhere.

GBService is really awesome, very smooth transaction and customer service support is really good I had claimed this year, I didn't believe that gocare would support such a great service when one of my friend was referred me last year. Now I believe and trust the service that was provided by Gocare completely 100% after I claimed for my samsung S3 cell phone repair.
