I find that Steelseries has the best… I find that Steelseries has the best products as I was doing research and looking to make an upgrade to my headset. Customer service was also top-notch!

Quick and efficient I've used the customer support at SteelSeries twice over the last month. While the products I am using have some goofy features to them (you HAVE to use their software), the customer support has been great. Always getting responded to promptly. I used them with questions regarding my order, and why certain features aren't working. Or weren't. They are now!

I love the sound quality I love the sound quality. I was looking for headphones as a gift for my husband and after talking with friends and family was advised to buy your product. But I was worried if they would be comfortable on his head, as he wears them for long periods. Also he is a remote teacher so the microphone quality and the environmental noise cancellation feature are extremely important for his job. He is very satisfied with the drivers, specifically because they are automatically customized for each game that you are playing, as he is also a gamer. Overall absolutely love the product!

Customer Support = A+ The reviews below seem very one off or uninformed picky people. My experience was AMAZING. I've had razer, corsair and hyperx devices and the ONLY reason I choose SteelSeries outside of their quality is the customer support. They are usually very quick, helpful, and with my latest warranty experience, it's a little lengthy but super clear. The RMA coupon is something I'm not used to. Very happy with the microphone, headset and keyboard. Have yet to try their mice. Customer Support is an A+!

Bad, but a fine small keyboard A fine small keyboard. Macro Editor is not editable, you can only record a new on top of it. Again another software that is outdated and replsced with old fashion scripting or coding. keyboard only 1 month old, and is the newest model of 2023 july.
