I find that Steelseries has the best… I find that Steelseries has the best products as I was doing research and looking to make an upgrade to my headset. Customer service was also top-notch!

Customer Support = A+ The reviews below seem very one off or uninformed picky people. My experience was AMAZING. I've had razer, corsair and hyperx devices and the ONLY reason I choose SteelSeries outside of their quality is the customer support. They are usually very quick, helpful, and with my latest warranty experience, it's a little lengthy but super clear. The RMA coupon is something I'm not used to. Very happy with the microphone, headset and keyboard. Have yet to try their mice. Customer Support is an A+!

Short Shelf Life with Biggest Purchase I've had a number of headsets from SteelSeries in the past which I have enjoyed, but sadly my most recent has been disappointing. The Arctis Pro, which is close to their top of the line, seems to have a weak connection between the headband and the earpieces as the plastic cracked and caused the right earpiece to completely detach after ~8-10 months of use. I have had to hold it together since with hot glue as I consider what to replace it with.

More than satisfied customer. I was wary of purchasing from steelseries due to the number of negative reviews. I purchased a set of steelseries pro wireless headphones (admitted over 18 months ago), there was a slight issue with a missing item and the customer service responded swiftly and sent a replacement. I was super impressed with the service and since purchased a second pair Arctis 7p. Happy customer.

bought a 60% steel series keyboard for… bought a 60% steel series keyboard for £145 as i thought money=quality however the keyboard broke within a month with only minimal use as i use a palm keyboard for gaming not a keyboard first lights started flickering then they went off then keyboard became a desk ornament i also made the mistake of buying the gaming earbuds for £60 and they broke within 2 months with only minimal use. Needless to say i was refunded by currys
