GBUtter scam of a company Utter scam of a company. Set up process highly convoluted and contradictory. No way to speak to a human. Just a rubbish bot. Watch wouldn’t activate, then once finally activated it couldn’t send/receive. I’m putting it in the bin. I’m highly suspicious of the positive reviews based on my experience.

GBI got this for my son who’s out all the… I got this for my son who’s out all the time and wants more independence so with this handy watch I can track him with and have a peace of mind at the same time as him enjoying himself it’s user friendly and has games and allsorts on it which he loves

IEDreadful Dreadful. Paid 150 euro for a watch with such limited capabilities that it is practically useless. My 10 year old’s enthusiasm soon waned as the ability to communicate (ie calls and texts) is so restricted that the whole exercise is pointless. I’ve found that I’ve regularly had to re-register the watch on my phone as it seems to forget it. Currently it won’t even let me reset my account or register the watch again so I’m in limbo. I’d seriously recommend you avoid this very basic and seriously overpriced watch.

GBDevice not working First watch (X5) stopped working within a week. The second one (X6 - a replacement) doesn’t seem to accept or receive calls. No explanation why. SIM card is firm as I can use it on my phone. Customer services communication back and forth takes a long time.

GBMy son loves the Kidzi watch My son loves the Kidzi watch. He really enjoys running around with it on and seeing how many steps he has done. It's great for being able to send him messages or call him without him needing a phone.
