Utter scam of a company Utter scam of a company. Set up process highly convoluted and contradictory. No way to speak to a human. Just a rubbish bot. Watch wouldn’t activate, then once finally activated it couldn’t send/receive. I’m putting it in the bin. I’m highly suspicious of the positive reviews based on my experience.

We bought my daughter who is 11 a… We bought my daughter who is 11 a XPLORA Kidzi this watch to help keep a track of her now she can walk home from school alone. The software for the watch was fine and easy enough to use but it just looks so babyish. My 11 year old wouldn’t use it. It’s much for appropriate for my 5 year old however he doesn’t need to make calls or send messages at his age. I think the product would look better if it was more streamlined and there were a wider variety of colours. Overall the company were very friendly and helpful to deal with.

My son loves the Kidzi watch My son loves the Kidzi watch. He really enjoys running around with it on and seeing how many steps he has done. It's great for being able to send him messages or call him without him needing a phone.

Kidzi watch This is the second watch i have brough from Xplora for my son and he loves it. You can keep track of the kids, they can phone family and even take photos on the watch. Which is his favourite feature. He 8 and to young for a smart phone. So this is an amazing alternative.

worst customer experience ever Unfortunately there is no way to give 0 stars. Absolute worst customer experience ever. No one gets back to you, the watch needed to be replaced three times and we waited weeks and months for it without getting any reply. Never again. 0/10.
