Scammers Scammers. I signed up for a SIM card for my kid's xplora watch. Now I can't cancel the subscription. Customer service doesn't respond. Nowhere on the confusing web of various webpages is there an option to cancel: scam!

Excellent watch Excellent watch, my daughter is over the moon with it. It’s smart and practical. I can put it on school mode all day, which turns off at pick up time. We have a meeting spot after school but this gives me the peace of mind that we can call each other if needed. It’s great for bridging the gap between having some freedom but still having that extra security and peace of mind. Super product.

Terrible customer service Bought Xplora6 for my daughter's Christmas present. Set watch up, as instructed, nothing worked. Was told by customer service that needed a new SIM card. This arrived, but did not resolve the issue. Tried to reach customer service again, several times, heard nothing from them, except a general 'thanks for your email' in German. Having read the other reviews on here, I now see that I am not the only one experiencing this. Terrible service.

Never again. Worst customer service and useless watch If you’d like a watch for your children to see where they are when they are out, go elsewhere. The watch always takes ages to show the live location, by the time it refreshes, the location is already dated. This morning the location is showing my child 400 kms away!!! Note to Xplora: please don’t bother replying to this review telling me how I can report the lack of accuracy… I know that too. The customer service will take longer than a week to get back to you and when they do they refer you to their website for their Frequent Q&A. Really? Absolutely impossible to use phone or live chat, unless live chat with their bolt. NEVER AGAIN!!!

Kidzi watch This is the second watch i have brough from Xplora for my son and he loves it. You can keep track of the kids, they can phone family and even take photos on the watch. Which is his favourite feature. He 8 and to young for a smart phone. So this is an amazing alternative.
