GBGreat watch, great value We bought an Xplora Xmove for our son a while ago as we wanted something not too expensive but with good features. The watch itself seemed to me to be really clunky and big on his tiny wrist, but it didnt bother him in any way and he wore it with no issues. The only slight problem we’ve experienced with the watch was that it seems to disconnect from the app sometimes and didn’t reconnect automatically. We have to manually reconnect it at those times in order to see the steps/movement on the app. I haven’t had to contact customer service so can’t comment on that side of things.

GBWe bought my daughter who is 11 a… We bought my daughter who is 11 a XPLORA Kidzi this watch to help keep a track of her now she can walk home from school alone. The software for the watch was fine and easy enough to use but it just looks so babyish. My 11 year old wouldn’t use it. It’s much for appropriate for my 5 year old however he doesn’t need to make calls or send messages at his age. I think the product would look better if it was more streamlined and there were a wider variety of colours. Overall the company were very friendly and helpful to deal with.

GBDevice not working First watch (X5) stopped working within a week. The second one (X6 - a replacement) doesn’t seem to accept or receive calls. No explanation why. SIM card is firm as I can use it on my phone. Customer services communication back and forth takes a long time.

ESNever again. Worst customer service and useless watch If you’d like a watch for your children to see where they are when they are out, go elsewhere. The watch always takes ages to show the live location, by the time it refreshes, the location is already dated. This morning the location is showing my child 400 kms away!!! Note to Xplora: please don’t bother replying to this review telling me how I can report the lack of accuracy… I know that too. The customer service will take longer than a week to get back to you and when they do they refer you to their website for their Frequent Q&A. Really? Absolutely impossible to use phone or live chat, unless live chat with their bolt. NEVER AGAIN!!!

DEworst customer experience ever Unfortunately there is no way to give 0 stars. Absolute worst customer experience ever. No one gets back to you, the watch needed to be replaced three times and we waited weeks and months for it without getting any reply. Never again. 0/10.
