Oh My GOD!!!!! I think shoving steel needles into my eyes would be a much more pleasurable experience than dealing with these people....BAD SERVICE, RUDE, UPSELLING, OVERCHARGING, SLOW, ETC. ETC. I wish I would have read reviews first before I ordered, if you haven't ordered from these folks yet DON'T!!!!!! Save yourself time and aggravation and go someplace else to get what you're looking for.

Lying thieves Ordered a camera and lens on line. I didn't receive any acknowledgment so I called and talked to a salesperson. After he tried to sell me a charger and battery that was included with the standard Nikon offering, I cancelled the order. I looked at my credit card statement a week later and noticed they had charged me the full amount of $1160. I called them multiple times and they lied about sending me refunds. After a month of lies Bank of America got me a full refund. Summary: Stay away from any company based in New York. I have multiple bad experiences from these crooks. Awful Company, Awful People 1) Called 2 days after my order to try to sell me an over-priced battery with strong arm tactics and a completely rude person. 2) Charged me right away, before shipping the product 3) Product had not shipped after 12 days. 4) 3 attempts to contact customer service on hold 20 minutes each time 5) Sent an email to customer service asking for information regarding my order, response was a note telling me to call the customer service line. 6) Had to call the bank to cancel the order. These people don't care one bit about their customers.

Well Done! Product came as described and on time. With all the problems with unsavory online vendors not properly labeling products as coming with a valid U.S. warranty or as gray market goods Primotronixs sells at a very reasonable price and tells you up front not to worry it is not a gray market item that indeed it comes with a U.S. warranty and will even call you to verify your order to make sure that you needed what you ordered and did not maybe but down the wrong number with out trying to pressure you into buying something you don't need. Great camera. thank you! i purchased Canon T3i camera around month ago. I received it well packaged in original box with all accessories. Its being over 3 weeks of me using it and i'm very happy about it. Great store and service. I cant understand all those people who give these guys 1 or 2 stars - i think its just competitors trying to make them look bad. Great Great store!
