Awful, scam company- DO NOT BUY! I fell prey to the same scam. Website said 7-9 business days. Someone called trying to up-sell a bunch of other items, then said the camera wouldn't ship for 3 months! Customer service rep - [name] - was extremely rude and cut me off numerous times. When I asked to speak to his boss, he said he didn't know his name. This is a sham company- order elsewhere. Ill be reporting to the BBB. By the way- the company is getting rid of bad reviews by claiming they didnt buy!!! Check out the BBB complaints, reseller ratings, and yelp to see dozens of other bad reviews

Stay away! As far as I am concerned, this company does not exist. I ordered a camera, waited for 2 weeks, tried to call but was on hold before I got disconnected. I cancelled the credit card order and tried again - same story. The e-mail verification of either order did not have an order #, and 'order status' on their website showed 'transfered' in each case, though nothing was shipped. Lots of work on my part with canceling credit card payments and waiting on the phone. Not worth the savings!

Great Customer Service Late In 2013 I ordered a 120- 400mm Telephoto Lens that I thought was compatible with my Canon EOS Rebel Camera body. I wanted it for wildlife pictures on an upcoming trip. I got a call to confirm the order. When I gave the specifics of my model, I had ordered a non-compatible lens. The representative discussed the choices I had and steered me to the most economical but quality and value choice, a Sigma Lens. It was incredible! The close ups I got of penguins, seals, orcas and seabirds were simply amazing. Primotronix is an online camera site that still really provides excellent customer service.

Great camera. thank you! i purchased Canon T3i camera around month ago. I received it well packaged in original box with all accessories. Its being over 3 weeks of me using it and i'm very happy about it. Great store and service. I cant understand all those people who give these guys 1 or 2 stars - i think its just competitors trying to make them look bad. Great Great store!

Bait and switch SCAM COMPANY READ THEIR BBB REVIEW! "F" RATING!!! MANY COMPLAINTS FILED!! This is a terrible company. They "bait and switched" me and sent an old, outdated lens instead of the lens I ordered. They charged my credit card a higher charge than advertised, and they did not ship all items included in my package. Even after multiple attempts to get the correct items, NOTHING was made right! No lens, no completion of the items included in the package, and no correction of price!! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!! I CANNOT WARN STRONGLY ENOUGH AGAINST THIS COMPANY!! Buy ELSEWHERE!! Update: I have contacted the TX ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE and the Better Business Bureau. Investigations are currently underway. I encourage anyone scammed by this company to do the same. WE THE PEOPLE can put this SCAM company out of business forever!!
